If EPCOT does 1 thing better than any other Disney World park, it’s FOOD. From character dining to immersive experiences, margaritas on the go to luxurious steak dinners, this park really does have it all. So that leaves one problem: which of the MANY restaurants do you CHOOSE?
If you’ve seen our video ranking EVERY SINGLE restaurant in EPCOT, you might already have a few places in mind. For now, we’re going to rank ALL of the quick service (fast food) restaurants in this park! Looking for a bite on the go? Don’t want to spend the big bucks for a sit-down meal? This is the list for you!
Alright friends, we’ve got 30 quick-service restaurants to get through, so we better get started! From WORST to BEST, here’s our official ranking of all the fast food spots in EPCOT:
30. The Land Cart
The Land Cart is located very close to — you guessed it — the Land pavilion in World Nature. It’s a pretty basic snack cart, serving classic options like Mickey pretzels and popcorn.
It might not look like much, but if you’re in need of a quick snack, it’s not a bad option! However, since the offerings aren’t super exciting and you can really get similar snacks for much cheaper if you buy them ahead of time and bring them into the park with you, we had to leave this spot at the bottom of our list.
29. Cool Wash
The biggest downside to Cool Wash? It’s not actually available right now. This spot has been closed for a while, and sometimes it’s used to house tables and chairs for guests to use even though it’s not serving any food or drinks.
When it WAS open, Cool Wash had a variety of slushies on the menu!
28. Refreshment Outpost
Refreshment Outpost is located in the African outpost section of World Showcase, and it offers pretty basic treats and snacks with occasional seasonal menu items (such as when festivals roll into EPCOT).
To be honest, there’s not much else to say about this spot. You can grab a cold drink or quick snack, but there usually aren’t many noteworthy treats here. However, you can sometimes get Dole Whip at Refreshment Outpost, so it ranks a little higher than other basic snack stands. And be sure to ask for the Frozen Brown Elephant. It is a must try if it’s available.
27. Oasis Sweets and Sips – Spice Road Table Juice Bar
A lot of people miss this spot in the Morocco pavilion, but you shouldn’t overlook it! It has some tasty Moroccan-inspired treats like baklava and almond crescent cookies. And you can find a few drinks on the menu as well, including both alcoholic and non-alcoholic mixed drinks.
We’d usually tell you to find your cocktails over in the France or Mexico pavilion, but this might be a good spot to visit if you’re looking to shake things up a bit and try something new!
Read our recent review of the Moroccan-inspired treats here!
26. Gelateria Toscana
You’ll find Gelateria Toscana in the Italy pavilion. True to its name, you can find gelati here! In addition, sorbetti and gelati floats are on the menu.
Some of the treats — like the Coppa Delizia — will provide you with a decent bang for your buck. But other options — like the Espresso Affogato (which will cost $9.75 for a little portion) — are much too small for the price.
Read our full review of Gelateria Toscana Here.
25. Lotus Blossom Café
As beautiful as its name is, the Lotus Blossom Café actually has some pretty forgettable food. It’s located in the China pavilion and serves standard Chinese takeout options like fried rice and sweet and sour chicken.
It might not be mind-blowing, but if you’re looking for a comfort meal or a quick snack then you won’t be disappointed here! It’s also a good spot for picky eaters, as none of the flavors are very surprising or unique.
Check out our full review of Lotus Blossom Café here.
24. Canada Popcorn Cart
The name for this spot is pretty self-explanatory: it’s a popcorn cart in the Canada pavilion. But what you might not be expecting is that it’s home to a DFB favorite — maple popcorn!
Now, this popcorn isn’t quite as good as the caramel corn over at Karamell Küche in the Germany pavilion…but it is included in the $2.25 popcorn bucket refills, so that’s a win.
This spot sometimes gets limited-edition drinks — see one here!
23. Block and Hans
This beer kiosk is located in the American Adventure pavilion. It doesn’t have a very fancy menu — you’ll find a standard selection of beer and some Mickey pretzels here.
But it DOES have that delicious plastic cheese available, so it gets bonus points for that! And sometimes you can find seasonal brews, so beer connoisseurs might want to stop by and see what’s available.
Read our review of a seasonal drink at this spot!
22. Connections Café
Connections Café is the new Starbucks location in EPCOT. It’s attached to the Connections Eatery (which we’ll get to soon) and serves all the familiar drinks we know and love.
What bumped this spot up on the list is the one unique snack available here: the Liege Waffle. Although it’s a simple treat, this waffle has been fresh, sweet, and very tasty each time we tried it. It sometimes gets makeovers during holidays and throughout the year, so check and see if it’s dressed up when you visit.
Check out our most recent review of Connections Café here.
21. Refreshment Port
The Refreshment Port is located just outside the Canada pavilion. There’s really one reason to come here: POUTINE. French fries, gravy, and cheese curds — what more can you ask for?
It also usually has specialty items (and even specialty poutine) available when there’s a festival going on.
20. Fife and Drum Tavern
Fife and Drum Tavern in the American Adventure pavilion serves theme park fare like turkey legs and popcorn. It’s simple, straightforward, and not a bad place to find a bite to eat.
The basic snacks are both a pro and a con here — you won’t be blown away by what’s on the menu, but sometimes a predictable snack is just what you need. Turkey legs aren’t our favorite Disney snack (far from it), but we know that there are plenty of fans out there!
19. Funnel Cake Stand
The Funnel Cake stand does what Funnel Cake stands do best – provide you with fried, powdered-sugar goodness. You can pick up a standard funnel cake here, or you can get one with fun toppings – like chocolate sauce, vanilla ice cream, and cookies and cream.
They also release limited edition funnel cakes during the different EPCOT festivals! So if you’re looking for a unique treat with familiar vibes that you can split with your group, let’s just say we know a place.
Check out a review of a seasonal funnel cake here!
18. Tangierine Cafe: Flavors of the Medina
OK, the weird thing about this restaurant is that it is somehow both open…and also not open. If you look it up, the Tangierine Cafe menu doesn’t actually have normal offerings available — just festival eats. That’s because the location is often used as a “booth” for EPCOT’s many festivals.
Previously, we’ve seen items like Shawarma and Honey Chocolate Baklava available here. We’ll let you know if the traditional menu returns!
See our review of Honey Chocolate Baklava here.
17. Sommerfest (Mobile Order)
We can sum up this spot in two words: pretzels and beer. Can you guess where it’s located?
If you said the Germany pavilion, you’re right! It’s a counter-service spot that also has a bratwurst with sauerkraut on the menu. The pretzels here are better than your standard Mickey pretzel (although they’re not Mickey-shaped, so they might lose points for that). Seating is very limited, but beer connoisseurs should be happy with the selection here. And sometimes you can find Nudel Gratin on the menu, which has definitely bumped this restaurant up in the rankings!
Check out a SECRET savory snack at this spot!
16. Katsura Grill
Katsura Grill is more than a restaurant — it’s an oasis. Located in the Japan pavilion, this spot boasts a garden dining area that’s truly an escape from the rest of the busy park. A footbridge, koi ponds, lanterns — what more could you ask for?
The menu isn’t quite as impressive, however. The options are pretty basic, including chicken teriyaki and various sushi combos. But basic doesn’t mean bad! If you want more unique food, this just might not be the move.
See our most recent review of Katsura Grill here.
15. Connections Eatery (Mobile Order)
Remember how we said Connections Café was only part of the picture? The other part is the Connections Eatery! This quick-service restaurant has a LOT of indoor seating available, and guests can watch their food being prepared at a few different open kitchens around the dining space.
The menu does include some more unique options — like a Banh Mi Burger and Curry Spice Pizza — but you can also find more predictable choices like the American Classic Burger, Pepperoni Pizza, and the Hand-Breaded Chicken Sandwich. And if you’re looking for outlets to charge your electronics, this is the place for you.
Check out a FULL REVIEW of Connections Eatery here.
14. Crêpes A Emporter by La Crêperie de Paris
This is one of the newest members of the France pavilion, and it’s attached to the table service restaurant La Crêperie de Paris. It doesn’t just have options from that spot, though — there are a variety of menu items that you can’t find at the table service location!
You can get tasty galettes and crêpes here, along with a variety of on-the-go hard ciders. Seating is nonexistent (it’s a walk-up counter), but you might be able to snag a nearby bench if you’re lucky. If you just want a quick snack or are looking for a grab-and-run meal, this is a good option!
Read our review of this grab-and-go spot here!
13. Choza de Margarita
The Mexico pavilion is definitely not hurting for good margaritas! This outdoor margarita bar serves specialty drinks — like the strawberry and mango Fiesta Margarita — as well as some grab-and-go foods like tacos and nachos. You can also find non-alcoholic beverages on the menu.
The margs here are very tasty, refreshing, and fruity! That makes them VERY popular, so expect long lines at this spot. There is also no seating here. You’ve got to take your drink and go.
Read our review of elote from Choza de Margarita here.
12. Kabuki Cafe
This is the place to find super unique and interesting snacks and drinks! We highly recommend the Kakigori, which is a shave ice treat topped with fruit syrup and/or sweet milk. (Yes, it’s basically a fancy snow cone. But it’s DELICIOUS.)
For a savory snack, you can also choose from a small selection of sushi. And make sure to check out the frozen beer, which might sound a little bit strange. Don’t worry, the beer itself isn’t actually frozen. Instead, the head on the glass is essentially super aerated and chilled. This protective foam works as a mini-refrigerator, keeping the liquid beer beneath colder for longer.
Check out our review of Kakigori here.
11. La Cantina de San Angel
Aaaand we’re back in the Mexico pavilion for our next stop! La Cantina de San Angel neighbors the table service Hacienda de San Angel. Although it does “borrow” a few menu items from the table service spot — like churros, empanadas, and tacos — it’s got one unique feature that’s all its own.
This spot boasts great views of the World Showcase Lagoon! So if you can grab your food and get a table with views of the lagoon right before Harmonious starts, you’ll get dinner and a show on a budget! That being said, a lot of guests have this same idea, so lagoon-side tables tend to fill up QUICKLY in the evenings.
Read our full review on this spot here.
10. Les Vins de Chefs de France
This is a popular spot for guests doing the “drinking around the world challenge.” You’ll find drinks like the Grand Marnier Slush and the Grey Goose Slush (both of which you can “super size,” which might be a bad idea if you’re drinking around the world).
Grown-up slushies and some of the best cocktails in EPCOT have pushed this little kiosk up pretty far in our ranking. However, keep in mind that there are no food options available here — only drinks.
See our reviews of the grown-up slushies here.
9. Joy of Tea
This unassuming kiosk is in the China pavilion, and it’ll hook you up with boba, cocktails, and $5 pork egg rolls. We think the Tipsy Ducks in Love cocktail is a super cute and tasty option!
The egg rolls are the only snack on the menu, so if you’re looking for a heartier meal, this isn’t the spot to find one. But their selection of unique drinks is one of the best in EPCOT!
Check out the Tipsy Ducks in Love drink here.
8. Yorkshire County Fish Shop (Mobile Order)
This is THE place to be if you’re an indecisive person. Why? Because there is literally ONE item on the menu: Fish and Chips. OK, so there are actually some other things available like fountain beverages and coffee. But as far as entrées go? Just the one.
So how did it make it so far up our list? Yorkshire County Fish Shop may only have one trick, but they’re VERY good at what they do. The fried fish has always been nice and golden when we’ve tried it, and we love those thick-cut chips on the side. It’s a pretty decent portion size too — it can definitely pass as a good lunch. And if you’re able to get one of the tables at the nearby outdoor dining area, you’ll have great views of the World Showcase Lagoon.
Read our full review of this spot here.
7. L’Artisan des Glaces
L’Artisan des Glaces is the home of one of our all-time favorite treats: the Croque Glace. It’s basically an ice cream sandwich pressed between a brioche bun. SO GOOD. Warm brioche, cold ice cream, sheer perfection.
There are also 16 different ice cream flavors here, plus some specialty alcoholic floats. The only problem is that you won’t find any savory options, so reserve this spot for when you’re ready for a treat!
Check out a tasty seasonal treat at this spot.
6. Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe
This is another World Showcase bakery that gets the DFB seal of approval! They’ve got a lot of unique (and very popular) pastry selections, like the sugar-coated Troll Horn Pastry and the vanilla cream-filled School Bread.
Viking Coffee is another specialty at this spot, and it can come hot or cold. Like L’Artisan des Glaces, it’s not going to be a good choice if you want a savory or hearty meal. So you’d be better off coming here for dessert or around breakfast time!
This bakery has a $3 treat that you’ll either LOVE or HATE.
5. La Cava del Tequila
One of the best bars in Disney World and also a popular starting point for those who are drinking around the world is La Cava del Tequila. You want happy hour? This spot HAS happy hour!
You can find a variety of tapas here and — of course — tequila-centric drinks. The margaritas are also plentiful. With over 200 tequilas and margarita varieties, it’s gotta win the BEST selection of alcoholic beverages in EPCOT. It’s a VERY popular place, however, so it tends to fill up quickly, especially in the evening. Come a little earlier in the day if you want to get a seat!
Check out our review of the La Cava Avocado Margarita here.
4. Regal Eagle Smokehouse: Craft Drafts and Barbecue (Mobile Order)
This is the place to BE for tasty, tasty barbecue brought to you by the one and only Sam the Eagle. There are barbecue dishes from all across the country, including Kansas City Half-Smoked Chicken, Sliced Texas Beef Brisket Sandwich, and North Carolina Chopped Smoked Pork Butt.
The food here is great, and it’s also well-priced for what you get. We think it’s delicious, but if you’ve got a truly amazing and authentic BBQ joint where you’re from, it might not quite measure up to your expectations. But for just good food that’ll fill you up and leave you happy, this is definitely not a bad choice.
Read our full review of Regal Eagle here.
3. Sunshine Seasons
Does Sunshine Seasons have the greatest food in all of EPCOT?? Well, no. Far from it. But it does have a lot to offer, and there’s plenty of indoor seating for everyone.
If your group is trying to cater to a lot of different food preferences, this is the place to be. You can find good choices for picky eaters (cheeseburgers and flatbreads), more adventurous eaters (Jackfruit Gyro and the pulled pork-and-cheddar based Land Crusher sandwich), plant-based eaters (vegetable korma and, again, the Jackfruit Gyro), and even the dessert-is-so-totally-a-meal eaters (practically everything in their bakery case).
Check out our review of plant-based eats at Sunshine Seasons.
2. Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie
Don’t miss this spot! We repeat — DO NOT MISS THIS SPOT. Les Halles is a little bakery tucked in the back of the France pavilion, but it boasts a big display case full to bursting with delicious pastries, desserts, and croissant sandwiches.
A lot of the items on the menu here are surprisingly affordable (in Disney terms)! You can get a whole baguette for under $5, and sandwiches range in price from about $7 to $11 each. For breakfast on the go, a quick dessert, a full meal, or just a snack, this is an excellent choice. Seating can be very limited, so bigger groups might not be able to find a table all together.
Read reviews of 21 (!!) treats from Les Halles here!
1. Karamell Küche (Mobile Order)
We’ve made it. The best fast food in EPCOT. And we’ve just got 3 words for you: Best. Snacks. Ever. (Especially if you’re a caramel fan). Follow the intoxicating smell of house-made caramel to the Germany pavilion, where you’ll find Karamell Küche.
Some of our favorite options on the menu are the caramel corn, the caramel-covered krispie treats, and the caramel butter bars. Will you find a lot of savory snacks here? Absolutely not. But will you love every bite and wish you could just melt into a tub full of the amazing caramel goodness? Yes. Yes you will.
There’s no seating at this spot — treats are grab-and-go — so keep that in mind when you visit.
Check out 4 filling (and delicious) treats from Karamell Küche here.
Whew! It’s pretty clear that EPCOT isn’t lacking in fast food spots, and now you know which ones are worth a visit and which might be skippable. This might all go out the window when there’s a festival going on in the park since all the food booths arrive and your options for snacks and meals increase even MORE.
Soon, the 2022 Food & Wine Festival will begin, which will bring over 25 food booths to EPCOT! We’ll be sure to let you know which of those booths have the best eats and drinks once the festival begins, so stay tuned with DFB for the latest updates.

Regal Eagle has got to be one of the worst BBQ places ever. I can get better BBQ in a local gas station almost everywhere in Texas. We’ve tried it 3 times to make sure it truly is that bad.
Berne says
Oasis Sweets & Sips outside of Spuce Road has my most favorite non-alcoholic beverage – Frozen Mint Iced Tea – the perfect drink for those hot Flotida days!
Essie says
Can you go to Karamell-Kuche and get something if you don’t have a smartphone to mobile order?
DFB Gigi says
Hi Essie! You absolutely can do that! 🙂
Elizabeth says
Regal Eagle is just awful – the idea that so many international guests may try that and think it’s “real American BBQ” is depressing.
Lotus Blossom, on the other hand, has one very important option that you can’t get ANYWHERE else that I’ve ever seen – LYCHEE ICE CREAM!!!! Seriously, a friend and I were doing Treats around the World and picked up the ice cream. It comes in a prepackaged little tub and we thought, oh, boy, here we go, it’s going to be blah. Nope. It was far and away the best surprise of the day! It’s now a favorite for me to treat friends and family to, it’s so delicious. Creamy and just bursting with lychee bits, you can’t go wrong if you’re a lychee fan!
