Did Disney World “Miss the Mark” on Its NEW Hotel Rooms? Some Fans Think So

Disney World has a brand-new hotel coming in 2027, and while there’s plenty to be excited about, some Disney Vacation Club fans have already found one detail they really don’t love. Disney’s Lakeshore Lodge is set to open on July 1st, 2027, along the shores of Bay Lake near Magic Kingdom. The new resort will have 967 rooms, a lazy river, waterfront Lake Houses, new restaurants, and accommodations inspired by Disney movies including Bambi, Pocahontas, Encanto, Fantasia, and Brother Bear.
