Last month, Southern California entered a new regional stay-at-home order which mandated the closure of seated dining, allowing only takeout or delivery options. For the Disneyland Resort, this meant the closure of all of their dining locations in Downtown Disney as well as Buena Vista Street. Not only that, but Disney doubled down and have temporarily banned all eating and drinking on property.
Prior to this new mandate, you could remove your face mask to eat and drink so long as you were stationary and socially distanced, much like the current policy in Disney World.
