With the current closure of the Disney parks and the postponement of some upcoming Disney films, things may be a little strange and sad for Disney fans right now.
Well, last night Disney acknowledged that fans may need some words of support. The company sent out an email (ours came from Disney Destinations) offering words of comfort and togetherness in a time where our sense of community is at the forefront of our minds.

Even though we’ll be taking you with us LIVE on the day of the grand opening (March 4th), there’s something special happening the day before in Hollywood Studios in honor of the new attraction!
The concert series at Epcot’s 2020 Festival of the Arts is a great way to see Broadway-quality performances for free (well, ya know, included in the cost of your admission!)
But going to Disney World requires quite a bit of effort. First, you have to book a flight or gas up the family truckster. Then you gotta get a room, buy a park ticket and put on actual pants — not those comfy ones you lounge around your house in, we’re talkin’ real, actual pants. This is sounding like a lot of work to us! Surely, there’s got to be a better way!
Are you still looking to plan your New Year’s Eve celebrations? Well then, you might want to tune into Disney Parks Live because Disney will be providing NYE entertainment straight from the parks!

Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is one of our favorite events in Disney World, and we enjoyed watching the NEW fireworks show at this year’s party.

1. Follow us on Twitter by going to twitter.com/disneyland.
2. To enter, reply between 12:01 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. (PT) Wednesday with #DisneyFWFest & “Enter me in Disney’s California F&W Festival Sweepstakes.”
3. Sweepstakes open to US residents 18 and over. No purchase necessary. 1 winner selected per week, on 4/14, 4/21 and 4/28/10. Void where prohibited. Please read the detailed rules to find out all the details.
4. Winners will be notified by direct message the day after such Wednesday sweepstakes, and such winners should follow the directions in that message.
