The holiday season may have just begun, but Disney World is already getting us prepped for the new year!
We spotted some new 2020 merchandise at Once Upon a Time in Hollywood Studios, and it’s making us want to deck the halls!
We’re eagerly anticipating the opening of Epcot’s Space 220 restaurant, which will allow guests to blast off to the International Space Station for fancy food and tons of wine when it opens “this winter!”
But from this news it looks like the space-themed restaurant is making a few changes… .
In 2021, the Magic Kingdom will be celebrating its 50th anniversary (we feel SO old just typing that!).
And you might not have noticed, but the Magic Kingdom has REALLY been stepping it up lately! Some additions have been announced to celebrate that big b-day, but you might be surprised to know how many NEW changes the OG World park has already brought in. While the Gingerbread Castle might be baking up in Disney World, the Grand Californian Gingerbread House will be making its way to Disneyland VERY soon! And, although we’re excited to see the adorable holiday decorations, we’re also looking forward to all the treats coming to the hotel too!

Over the past few days, the Most Magical Place on Earth has seen decorations for the holidays in Magic Kingdom, like the Christmas tree on Main Street and Tomorrowland Speedway’s overlay. But TODAY, Elsa used her ice powers to light up Cinderella Castle for all guests to see!
Halloween only was on Thursday, but Disney World has already started transforming Magic Kingdom into a Winter Wonderland!
We’ve seen holiday phone cases, delicious treats, Tomorrowland Speedway’s seasonal overlay, the return of the Jingle Cruise, and news of the first castle lighting happening TONIGHT! But, lights have been strung and holly has been hauled ’cause one of our favorite Christmas decorations has been put up in the park!
