With all the construction barriers in the area, it’s been a looooong time since we’ve been able to stroll through. Now though, we’ve got a new update on what’s going on BEHIND the barriers!
The Taste of EPCOT International Festival of the Arts is still going on, but some pieces for the Flower & Garden Festival have already started to appear in the park!
Butterfly Topiaries
So far, we’ve already seen some beautiful Butterfly Topiaries arrive, and now one of the Festival’s BRAND NEW gardens for this year has appeared. Get in your (virtual) time machines because this garden is taking us back to prehistoric times!

We spent a day hanging around EPCOT to check on all the latest new things, so if you’re ready for some updates, here we go!
We have been taking in ALL of the scenes at the new expansion in the France Pavilion at EPCOT! Day or night, this new area is a beauty.
Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure Area in the France Pavilion
We’re convinced that if we stay there long enough Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure is bound to open at some point — right?! Though we don’t have an opening date for the new ride quite yet, we spotted TONS of new merchandise themed after the upcoming ride earlier this year. And people went nuts over it — including us! And now, we have great news for anyone looking for a new world traveling buddy in the form of a talking mouse.
We’ve been following the construction carefully on Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure, which is a new ride that’s coming to EPCOT.

And now that the construction walls are down in that area of the France Pavilion, we hope we’re getting closer and closer to the adventure opening. And on top of a portion of the expansion opening, TONS of new Ratatouille merchandise just arrived, too!

At the beginning of the situation last year, Disney had to suspend its Cultural Representative Program. And transferred Cast Members are filling many of the roles typically held but Cultural Representatives in World Showcase. This program typically brings in individuals from around the world to work as Cast Members. Now, it seems some cultural representatives may return to the park this year.
EPCOT is home to thrill rides, adventures through Arendelle, and a journey around the world. Every attraction seat offers a good view or a thrilling ride. However, not every seat is created equal!

Some people like to experience the thrill of riding in the back row of a roller coaster. Others want to see the whole picture by sitting in the front! We’re constantly visiting the Disney World theme parks and more to see what’s new. During our most recent visit to EPCOT we spotted NEW Minnie ears, saw that a spot that JUST opened was CLOSED(!!), and got a look at lots of construction going on around the park. Join us for a virtual trip around this experimental prototype community of tomorrow to see all of the things that are new there!
Disney can be a wonderful place to spend time with family and friends but it can also be SUPER romantic.
World Showcase
Every once in a while, we get really lucky and happen to spot a happy couple saying their “I Do’s” in the Most Magical Place on Earth. Today, we found ourselves strolling past an absolutely BEAUTIFUL bridal party in a VERY cool place to get married.
The first signs of SPRING have officially arrived in EPCOT! Even while the 2021 EPCOT Festival of the Arts remains in full swing (you can still catch it through February 22nd), the park is already preparing for its annual celebration of Spring: the 2021 EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival!
