Disney World has leaned into the chaos a little this week.

For example, we found a non-caramel snack at Karamell-Küche in EPCOT. We went through a flurry of emotions when Sleepy Hollow Refreshments in Magic Kingdom brought back the OLD waffles. One of our favorite foods at a Disney World hotel was a…hotdog (okay, so maybe we leaned into the chaos a bit, too). And like always, Disney World restaurant menus got updates.
It’s no secret that visiting Disney World can be expensive, and that’s even after you’ve paid for your hotel, tickets, and airfare.

If you’re using the Disney World website or the My Disney Experience app, you’ll need to book your restaurants 60 days before your trip, and some locations fill up fast. It can be frustrating to plan so far in advance and not be able to snag your preferred spots, so that’s why we’re here to tell you about a very important app!

The EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival has officially kicked off. Easter festivities — AND SNACKS — will soon be available (and yes, we are ready to try ALL of them). The Easter Egg displays will also be returning to hotels soon. But we also can’t forget about St. Patrick’s Day on March 17th. Now, there will be a slew of snacks to celebrate, but the BEST way to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day in Disney World is by visiting Disney World’s AUTHENTIC Irish restaurant, Raglan Road, which hosts the Mighty St. Patrick’s Festival. We got a preview of this year’s festival, so let’s put on our favorite shade of green and GO!
Remember when Disney Springs was just a casual shopping area where we could wander aimlessly, maybe grab some food at Earl of Sandwich, and call it a day? Those simpler times are long gone. Today’s Disney Springs has evolved into a destination that might require almost as much strategic planning as a park day — and many people don’t realize this until they’re already caught in the chaos.

I’ve watched countless families waste precious vacation hours because they didn’t understand how dramatically Disney Springs has changed. Heck, I’ve been insanely late for a dining reservation myself because I didn’t realize the sheer madness of the Disney Springs parking garages on the weekends!

March means the start of the EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival, and you know what that means — a LOT more food for us to enjoy and review. But we’ll also still be visiting Disney World restaurants when we get the chance (we just ate our way around THREE Disney Springs restaurants this week). We’ll also be checking those restaurant menus for changes, so let’s talk about what menu changes we uncovered this week.
There’s a BIG celebration coming to Disney World, and you don’t even need a park ticket to visit! Disney Springs is hosting a special event at Raglan Road, and we’re expecting great food, talented performers, and a LOT of green outfits.

The 2025 St. Patrick’s festival is happening at Raglan Road from March 14th to March 17 — that’s a whole weekend of celebrations! You might want to book a reservation NOW; this event tends to be popular, and we have a feeling there will be a lot of Disney fans at this year’s festival.
