It seems like EVERYTHING is changing in Magic Kingdom. First, Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin got a massive update. Then Big Thunder Mountain Railroad reopened with a lot of changes. Meanwhile, Rivers of America is GONE, and a new Cars expansion, Piston Peak, is going in its place. Then there’s construction happening on a new Villains land. It’s a LOT.
Let’s go for a ride on the PeopleMover
Well, that doesn’t mean that we don’t spot the smaller changes, too, and we were recently hopping on one of our FAVORITE chill Magic Kingdom rides, when we noticed something had changed there. Yes, the PeopleMover is a little different now.
American Girl is a beloved brand that has been teaching little girls across the country about American history since its inception in 1986. But this collab aims to educate young girls on something totally different – the courage and kindness of Disney Princesses!

Disney collaborated with American Girl for a collection of Disney Princess American Girl Dolls. These are the iconic 18-inch dolls you know and love, but instead of Molly or Samantha, these beauties are Cinderella, Ariel, Belle, and Rapunzel!

Hollywood Studios is having its BIGGEST week in years — a new version of Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run, a whole new LAND that has opened early, and the rethemed Rock ‘N’ Rollercoaster is opening May 26th. We had a chance to check ALL of it out, and I cannot wait to share the details with you! Plus, Disneyland just ended a restriction that’s been in place since 2020, Disney named a brand new Walt Disney World president, and there is a TON happening over at Universal.
