I recently had the chance to watch the new Magic Kingdom nighttime parade, Disney Starlight, and as soon as I heard the beginning of the music, the waterworks started.

Nighttime spectaculars are my thing, so when I heard I would get to see my favorite characters light up the night sky, I was ready to whip out my bubble wand and start celebrating. This Disney World Transportation Secret Just Made Me Rethink Taking the Monorail to Magic Kingdom Ever Again

Walt Disney World was designed with a vast transportation infrastructure, and in the nearly 55 years since the resort opened, that system has only grown.

These days, Disney World guests can traverse the property by land via the bus, by air via the Monorail and the SkyLiner, and by “sea” with a fleet of watercraft that sail to three of the resort’s four theme parks!

At first glance, there’s not much space in the Magic Kingdom that isn’t being used for something, especially with the recent closures of the Rivers of America and Tom Sawyer Island to make room for Piston Peak.
