All of this is in addition to updates for popular rides and attractions, new yet familiar Disney character faces we’ll FINALLY see inside Disney parks for the first time, and a confirmed date of when you’ll be able to experience Disneyland’s 70th anniversary celebration for the last time. So if you’re considering a visit to Disneyland in 2026, here’s a quick peek into everything you’ll want to take note of as you’re planning your next visit!

Oogie Boogie Bash
It’s never too early to start thinking about Disney’s most popular Halloween event, so Disney just announced the dates for Oogie Boogie Bash!
Since May 16th, 2025, Disneyland Resort has been celebrating its 70th anniversary!

Visitors have been enjoying the special food, entertainment, character costumes, and ride overlays to honor the original Disney theme park. However, all good things must come to an end, and in August 2026, we’ll have to say goodbye to the celebrations!
In October, Disney revealed that Soarin’ Around the World would become Soarin’ Across America, and even Patrick Warburton made a video to help share the news.

Back in August, Disney announced that they would be ENDING two very popular hotel perks over at Disneyland Resort, and if we’re being honest, it really takes away a lot of value from paying more to stay on property. Here’s a reminder to ALL of us that starting in 2026, you’ll no longer get Early Entry as a hotel guest OR be able to take the special entrance into the park if you’re staying at Pixar Place Hotel.
