Are you heading to Disneyland in 2024?
If so, in case you haven’t already heard, you’ll need to know that a fan-favorite Disney California Adventure attraction will be closed for refurbishment soon!
One thing we love about springtime in Disney World is the EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival.
Believe it or not, the Festival is only a few weeks away, too! We’ve even started seeing the first topiaries appear in EPCOT. We’re so ready to dive into some food booths and enjoy the Garden Rocks concert series. Speaking of which, a NEW performer has been added to the Garden Rocks lineup!
When you want a specific drink in Disney World, EPCOT is typically the place to go.
And if that specific drink is a margarita, you had best make a beeline for the Mexico Pavilion because that’s where you’ll find what you’re looking for. Now, you’ll get your delicious marg, but they tend to come at a price — super long queues. Now imagine our delight when we found that you could get one of the most popular margs from the but from a completely different location!
Over the past year, we’ve seen a lot of changes happening with Disney+.
In an effort to make streaming more profitable, Disney has not only raised the price of the streaming subscription service, but it’s also started to integrate Hulu, one of Disney’s OTHER streaming services, into the app. Disney also recently began to crack down on account sharing, and now the Disney+ subscriber agreement reflects that update.
After Universal Orlando made a TON of announcements and gave new details about its upcoming Epic Universe park, the third park at the resort, many believe that Disney World needs to step it up and add a new park.
Some analysts believe Disney will announce a fifth park soon (although it hasn’t happened yet, even after Disney’s Q1 2024 earnings call), but what exactly should that park be? What should its theme be? We decided to go to the Disney experts, aka YOU, our DFB Readers to see what you thought. Let’s just say, you have some strong opinions about the matter!
We’ve recently learned even more about Disney’s BIG plans for its streaming services.
First, the company has teamed up with Warner Bros. Discovery to bring ESPN, Fox, and Warner Bros. Discovery sports coverage into one streaming service. And although Disney+ seems to have lost some subscribers, its average monthly revenue per paid subscriber increased by 9% domestically. Overall, the company seems to be very confident about one of its major goals (and CEO Bob Iger’s #1 priority): to have streaming become profitable in 2024 (yep, this year).
There are Disney collectors, like those of us who collect Minnie Ears, Loungeflys, and nuiMOS.
Then there are Disney COLLECTORS, who own parts of Disneyland history, Thor’s hammer (you know, from the Marvel movies), an actual Disneyland Skyway gondola, and more. Well, remember that auction we told you about where Figment’s SKIN was being sold? That same auction now has a Star Wars character’s REAL hands up for bidding.
FINALLY! Two long-term closures that have plagued Disney World for a WHILE are going to come to an end within the next couple of months.

Magic Kingdom’s Cinderella Castle
We can’t wait for these things to finally be open and available again in the parks!
HURRY! The deadline to book Disney World’s FREE Dining Plan offer is coming up soon, so if you want to save big on your next Disney trip, make sure you book ASAP!

Oak-grilled Filet Mignon and Four-cheese Mac and Cheese at Jiko
Disney World brought back the Disney Dining Plan earlier this year, and many fans are super excited that they can once again pre-pay for their meals in the parks. But even better than pre-paying is NOT PAYING AT ALL! For a limited time, an exclusive Free Dining offer is available. But like we said, it’s limited! [Read more…]
There’s one (tiny) neighborhood in Disney World that just might be the sketchiest community in the world.
Yes, we’re talking about the Tiny Train Town in the Germany Pavilion, where we’ve witnessed criminal behavior, outright lawlessness, and, dare we say…MURDER? Yes, tragedy has fallen upon the citizens of Tiny Train Town yet again…but DFB is on the case!
