Disney World park hours usually stay pretty steady, but it’s incredibly important to check them before your trip anyway, because it IS possible for park hours to change unexpectedly.
Hollywood Studios
Sometimes the park hours change is due to a special party, such as Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, which closes the park for non-party guests at 6 PM. If that was your day to head into the park and you didn’t check the hours first, you’ll likely find yourself disappointed that you don’t get a full day, even though you paid the same price as if you were getting one. Other times, the parks close early for no publicly stated reason, and that’s exactly why you won’t want to visit Disney’s Hollywood Studios on this ONE October day.
As the old saying goes, “you can’t hit a home run if you’re not in the lineup,” and that holds true for several of the sweepstakes Disney currently has running!

We’ve got some bad news for those thinking of staying at Wilderness Lodge, because the resort has been having a pretty hard time for the past few months.

Back in June, the AC in the entire resort shut down for a number of days. Yes, in the middle of summer — it was exactly as bad as you think it was. Now, part of the resort is facing yet ANOTHER major problem — the water is currently out in Boulder Ridge, and there’s no telling when it’ll be back up.
Things are always changing in Disney World, from rides to lands to restaurants; change is pretty much the name of the game in the parks, at the hotels, and in Disney Springs.

That means you’ll also find changes happening with food and drinks in Disney World, too, because restaurants are always tweaking their menus to add and remove things or change things so that they focus on seasonal ingredients. Now, we’re going to talk about the Disney World restaurant menu changes we spotted this week. Spoiler alert: Halloween treats are starting to turn up!
