From the parades to the stage shows, we’ve been excited whenever we’ve seen another Disney World performance return to the parks. We recently saw the reopening of the Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue and the revamped version of Animal Kingdom’s Finding Nemo musical, Finding Nemo: The Big Blue… and Beyond! We noticed showtimes for another Animal Kingdom show!

If you’ve been to Disney World before, chances are you know that feeling: you just want to get from one side of Magic Kingdom to the other, but you’re met with a wall of crowds or a parade or cavalcade, slowing you down big time! Well, did you know that there are SECRET walkways that can help you avoid those crowds?

Okay, so maybe these walkways aren’t a complete secret, but there are often-overlooked walkways in the parks that can help you save some time while getting from point A to point B — or, at least it will make your walk more pleasant and crowd-free. With the 50th Anniversary Celebration bringing in plenty of visitors, it’s more important than ever to be aware of where the shortcuts and alternate routes are in the parks!
We don’t like to brag, but we’re pretty good at finding hidden Mickeys in Disney World.
Hidden Mickey in Italy
We’ve spotted some hidden Mickeys that are super tricky to find, one that can only be seen for a few seconds at a time, and even one that you will likely never find in the parks again. But the one that we saw recently is actually pretty obvious — if you know where to look, that is!
Disney World is constantly coming out with new merchandise all over the parks. Most of the time you will find long lines and empty shelves because of how many people want these new items.

We do occasionally come across some items that leave us wondering if someone had one too many drinks from Nomad Lounge before giving the green light. While walking around Disney’s Animal Kingdom, we came across something that will legitimately keep you up at night!
Sometimes it really pays off to stop and notice the smaller details in Disney World — and we literally mean SMALL details!

Harambe Market
This spot in Animal Kingdom’s Africa reopened in November for guests visiting this beautiful park on the weekends. But while hours remain somewhat limited, Harambe Market is currently open every day of the week except for Tuesdays and Wednesdays. So we thought we’d stop by during our Friday visit to grab a bite that we haven’t previously tried. [Read more…]
Harambe Fruit Market in Animal Kingdom’s Africa offers up the perfect chance to grab a quick morning bite before adventuring on Kilimanjaro Safaris. It’s prime real estate just outside the entrance to the popular attraction makes it a great place to grab some fruit to start the day, or maybe a Simba Pretzel a little later on.

One snacking area where they’ve really been delivering lately, though, is muffins. And while that may not sound altogether exciting, we’re talking about yummy seasonal offerings like autumn’s Pumpkin Cream Cheese Swirl and the holiday season’s Gingerbread Swirl.
