Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run in Disney’s Hollywood Studios received some changes in honor of the new Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu movie. The updates hit the ride on May 22nd, and we got the chance to preview the attraction early. Let’s check it out!
May 26th cannot come soon enough in Disney World. While there are tons of openings happening, for me, I only have my eyes on the prize: Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets.

The newly rethemed roller coaster opens to the public on May 26th in Hollywood Studios, but previews have given us an early look at the attraction and have made all of my Muppet dreams come true. Before you ride, there’s something you should know: there’s a LOT.
Let me just say, climbing into that limo, pulling down the harness, and being launched into a world of Muppets was seriously a dream come true. Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets is opening in Hollywood Studios on May 26th, and previews are currently happening for Annual Passholders.

During our first ride through, we were pretty blown away. Yes, we loved the Aerosmith version with all of our hearts, but can you imagine Hollywood Studios without The Muppets? No way! We can’t wait to run around trying all of the new attractions, but we know we’ll get pretty hungry along the way. Luckily, there are 8 new snacks for us to check out!
May might be the biggest month of the year for Disney World. We know, we know, if you asked us in 2025 what was going to have the most openings, we’re not sure we would have guessed May, but we’re pretty dang happy that it’s here and that we can party it up.

Hollywood Studios is changing a TON these days! The Muppets are headed back into the park very soon, Mike and Sulley are hard at work on their new homes, and the Walt Disney Studios is coming to life as we speak.

Permits are one of those sneaky things that Disney World likes to publish, giving us a small idea of what could be happening in the parks. It gives us a look at when work will start on projects that have already been announced, but Disney hasn’t told us what’s happening in the area. They did drop a code name that has us questioning EVERYTHING!
