We’re here in the parks alllll the time (it is Food and Wine Festival, after all), and we like to keep you updated with what’s new or different in the park. So, come along with us on a journey through EPCOT!
This last month was a MAJOR foodie month in Disney World! July was the official kickoff of the EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival, but this month also included the Flavors of Florida event in Disney Springs, plus a ton of restaurants reopening like Citricos, Trail’s End, and ‘Ohana.
It’s Food and Wine Festival season once again!
As always, there were food items we absolutely loved, and there were other dishes that totally fell flat. Here’s our monthly roundup of the best and worst things we ate at Disney World for July!
Who doesn’t love Minnie ears? Especially brand NEW Minnie ears!

We’ve been seeing a lot of Minnie ears around the World Showcase in EPCOT, like these from Mexico, and these ears from France, and now we spotted some brand new ears in another country!
We spent the WHOLE DAY exploring EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival yesterday!

We’ll be checking out ALL of the booths that have arrived and bringing you our FULL reviews. Right now, it’s time for a little trip to the Italy booth to sample the brand NEW dishes and see what else has returned!

Today as we were visiting EPCOT we noticed some new additions to the Food and Wine Festival Booths that were not there before. Disney added menus with prices around most of the booths around World Showcase! Casey’s Corner has reopened!!!
We’ve been trying to keep up with all the latest 50th-anniversary news, while also tracking all the fun snacks that keep popping up all over the parks, resorts, and at Disney Springs. And last month saw some exciting restaurant reopening news and menus, as well as saw the return of some favorite snacks!
Disney Springs is an awesome stop to grab all kinds of Disney merchandise, see live music, and — of course — find some delicious treats!
