This past week was a RARE one at Disney World in the absolute best way!
For what feels like the past few months, we’ve seen closure after closure in Disney World. Even if they were just temporary closures, like how The Diamond Horseshoe closed after becoming Jessie’s Roundup for Cool KIDS’ SUMMER to become a new pop-up restaurant opening on October 4th, others were long-term closures, such as the Carousel of Progress retheme. That’s why this past week was so special, and we’re on track for a great upcoming week — we’re looking at tons of OPENINGS happening around the parks, instead of closures!
Every week, we report average Disney World wait times in every park so that you can prepare for your next trip to the Most Magical Place on Earth!
Disney World wait times have a reputation for being, well, unpredictable, and that’s especially true now that Halloween and spooky season have hit the parks.
This Disney World money-saving hack gets extra points for creativity!
It’s no secret that a Disney World vacation can be EXPENSIVE. That’s why we’re constantly on the lookout for ways to save on upcoming trips, from new discounts to underrated hacks. Even if you’re pretty familiar with the most common Disney World money-saving tips, there’s a good chance this loophole isn’t on your radar yet!
Pin trading in Disneyland is super popular, and it’s for a good reason. What beats the thrill of opening up a mystery pin and getting the coveted rare chaser?!
We were at Disneyland today when we found a major game-changer for Disney pin collectors that combines the thrill of a mystery pin with the fun of a gachapon: pin vending machines!
It seems to be the season of patents for Disney World, as we’ve started to see more and more of them pop up in recent months.
Patents are basically a company taking ownership of something, whether it be a new piece of technology, a ride system, or something similar, so that any time it’s used in the future, it’s clear who came up with that idea. Patents don’t have to be for things that exist just yet, and in fact, most of the time, they aren’t. Or, they’re based on something under secure testing; that way, no one learns what they’re working on and files a patent before they do. In this case, Disney has filed two new patents, but they couldn’t be MORE different from each other.
HERE YE! HERE YE! Amazon Prime Big Deal Days are almost here, but that doesn’t mean the deals HAVE to start on the first day… There are some deals already available as an early Deal Day treat, and a lot of them are actually essentials you’ll need for your Disney World trip!
Whether you need a better option to charge your MagicBands with or are trying to stay cool in the parks, Amazon is STOCKED full of Disney World essentials. Grab them before your next trip and before the deals disappear!
The Mistress of All Evil finally has her very own dessert. There’s so much to love about Halloween at Disney World, and this treat is one of them!

Look at this new treat!
From Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party to new merchandise and Halloween decor, the spooky season at Disney World is one of our favorite times of the year. We love everything it has to offer, but the new eats and treats might just be our favorite. Something new arrived at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and we just couldn’t resist!
Disney spent the Renaissance era giving us princesses, villains, Broadway-sized soundtracks, and enough emotional damage from animated animals to last several decades. Loungefly has turned all of that into backpacks. And Amazon currently has a surprisingly deep selection.
We found Loungefly bags inspired by everything from The Little Mermaid and Beauty and the Beast to movies that don’t get nearly enough merchandise, including The Rescuers Down Under and The Hunchback of Notre Dame. So, whether your Disney Renaissance loyalty belongs to Ariel, Belle, Simba, Mulan, or a movie you still own on VHS somewhere, here’s what we found.
We love it when Disney World restaurants think outside the box for new snacks. Now, not all those little food experiments are a hit (Pickle Milkshake, we’re looking at you). But sometimes, Disney World surprises us with a snack we never thought of, and the result is nothing short of heaven on earth.
That’s how we would describe the Deep Fried Hawaiian Rolls, which are one of our favorite desserts in all of Disney World. So now that Blue Ribbon Corn Dogs just released an Oreo-chocolate version for Halloween, do they still compare to the original? Let’s find out!
