Since Disney World closed in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have experienced a lot of changes. There has been a BIG push towards more mobile technology through Mobile Ordering and Merchandise Checkout. There have been new attractions that have opened and some that have closed permanently. If you are heading back to Disney World soon, there is a BIG change you need to be aware of.

In addition to admission into the parks, you also get discounts on shopping and dining, access to exclusive lounges, and the occasional free gift. As part of the festivities, there will be new ride additions, brand-new attractions, the return of fan-favorite parades, and so much more. While the event doesn’t officially begin for a few days, we already spotted a NEW popcorn bucket to mark the occasion!

Disneyland’s 70th Anniversary celebration will kick off on May 16th, and we’re so excited for this one-of-a-kind party! We recently went to the park to look for updates, and to our surprise, the decorations are already up all around the resort. From Main Street, U.S.A. to the hub to Sleeping Beauty Castle — the park is dazzling with new decor!
