The park is expected to open sometime in 2026, and as we’re getting close to halfway through the year, we’re relieved to see so much progress being made on the new resort — it gives us hope that it really WILL hit its opening timeline!

According to Florida Politics, citing court records, the Magic Kingdom expansion at Disney World has been slowed due to Disney’s relationship with Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.
