Whether that’s because you’re busy fighting Kylo Ren on Rise of the Resistance or jumping into a cartoon on Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway, there are so many stories you can explore through attractions. This applies to roller coasters too — there’s a reason why they all almost always have a long wait! However, this week, one coaster saw a jump in wait times that caught our eye and we had to let you know about it.

In the past few years, some hotel perks have disappeared, like the FastPass+ early booking window, the complimentary MagicBands, Extra Magic Hours, and Disney’s Magical Express service. Because of this, some fans are feeling a little miffed about what’s still included with a Disney Resort stay. So we reached out to those very fans — our readers — and asked them a big question.
We all tend to put Disney on a pedestal just a little bit (Sorry, we can’t overlook the delicious food and all the great rides!), but we can also admit when Disney makes some questionable choices.

Folks, questionable choices were made this week. Well, the choices were probably made a long time ago, because that’s how showbiz works, but we found out about it this week, so it still counts. Disney dropped so much news this week that our team was a buzz of energy trying to keep up and make sense of all the changes! Mostly, these news drops were price increase after price increase, and we’re here to talk about it.
It’s the Halloween season in Disney World, which means there are TONS of specialty snacks to try!

When it comes to sweet snacks, one of our favorite go-to spots is Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs. In celebration of their birthday month of October, they’ve been releasing new, limited-edition snacks that guests have to act super fast to try. And this weekend’s new treat features three of our FAVORITE words!
When it comes to Disney food news, it’s been a HUGE week.
Harambe Market
First, we had THOUSANDS of price increases happening at Disney World restaurants, including at the parks, the resorts, and Disney Springs. Even character dining has gone up. At the same time, we’re still trying to keep up with NEW eats, including some we just discovered at Harambe Market in Disney’s Animal Kingdom. So let’s head on over there and try them out!
Garden Grill is a restaurant we talk about often.

This restaurant located inside the Land Pavilion in EPCOT is one of our go-to’s. While there are many great places to eat in EPCOT, we have always really enjoyed this spot. It features a fun atmosphere and delicious food. It’s been a while since we’ve been here, so we decided to go back to check on it to see if the quality still lives up to the hype!

Everglazed Donuts
With the release of her new tour movie, it seems like Taylor Swift is EVERYWHERE right now. In fact, there’s even some Taylor Swift inspo in a few new snacks we found at Everglazed Donuts & Cold Brew in Disney Springs!
It’s safe to say Disney World will never stop changing and adapting. Blink and it may suddenly look totally different.
Cinderella Castle
Wednesday, October 11th saw a bunch of Disney World news regarding new pricing and park hopping. Focusing on the latter, we learned that new park hopping rules will be implemented on January 9th, 2024 (the same day most Disney World guests will no longer need park reservations). If all of the rule-changing and necessary vacation adjustments weren’t confusing/overwhelming enough, another wrench, albeit a positive one, just got thrown into the mix.
