Bob Iger has instituted some massive restructuring, there have been a variety of changes with the executive leadership, and more adjustments are surely on the way. Amidst all of that, Disney is in the middle of some big lawsuits — one of which involves Annual Passholders and the Park Pass system, and we’ve got some important updates about it.

TRON Lightcycle / Run
TRON Lightcycle / Run officially opens on April 4th, but it has a soft opening on March 20th through April 2nd. The new coaster does NOT have a standby line, so in order to ride you’ll need to either get a spot in the virtual queue or purchase an individual Lightning Lane. While the ride doesn’t officially open until April 4th, Disney announced that the ride would participate in a soft opening from March 20th to April 2nd. And now we know just how much it’ll cost you to ride it!
Start crossing those fingers now — you’re going to need all the luck you can get when it comes to TRON Lightcycle / Run!

Though the ride doesn’t “officially” open until April 4th, it is conducting a “soft opening” from now through April 2nd. During this time (just as when the ride opens officially), you’ll only be able to hop on a Lightcycle if you’re able to snag a virtual queue spot or buy an Individual Lightning Lane (pay-per-ride). But if the virtual queue is what you’re trying for, heed this warning.

The Swan and Dolphin, or “Swolphin” if you will
Rosa Mexicano is the newest table service restaurant at Disney World. It’s located at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin, and it opened on March 19, 2023. This is actually a chain restaurant, and the new spot is the first location in the Orlando area (there are other locations in New York, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and a few other states). We got a chance to check out Roundup Rodeo BBQ, an all-NEW restaurant in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. We got a list of all the St. Patrick’s Day treats coming to Disney World. We even managed to check out some new Easter snacks! There were also some changes at Disney World restaurants, so let’s see what happened!
