We’re always on the lookout for new beverages at Disney World, and it’s our duty to try them all out!
Most recently, we’ve tried out several new beers at Disney World, including the Tsingtao Lager at the 2020 Taste of EPCOT Food and Wine Festival’s China Booth, as well as several beers from the Festival’s Germany Booth.
Move over, Sanderson Sisters! There’s a new drink in town that might just be spookier than those Hocus Pocus concoctions being brewed up at Starbucks!
The parks have been a HIT this Halloween when it comes to Fall snacks like the Pumpkin Spice Macaron Ice Cream Sandwich, Minnie Mouse Halloween Mousse, and Oktoberfest Poutine (just to name a few). But, there’s a new boozy drink literally bubbling up over at the Mexico Pavilion and Disney Springs in time for Día de los Muertos this year!
After Disney World reopened, many of its bars remained closed and were unable to serve alcohol to guests, due to a statewide ban of on-premise alcohol consumption at bars. This ban affected any bars that received more than 50% of their gross revenue through alcohol sales.
Recently, though, the state of Florida lifted that ban and allowed bars to reopen at 50% capacity. And we’re starting to see bars at Disney World begin to reopen, too, like the Uzima Springs Pool Bar at Animal Kingdom Lodge, and the Thirsty River Bar, and Dawa Bar at Animal Kingdom.
We’re making our way around Disney’s Animal Kingdom today, and having a fun adventure (even if it’s raining)!
While we made our way to Expedition Everest to say hello to our old pal Disco Yeti, we found a bit of a pleasant surprise in the park. Although Thirsty River Bar and Trek Snacks has been half closed since the parks reopened (Trek Snacks has been open, but Thirsy River Bar has been closed), it had a random re-opening today for guests!
It’s Food and Wine season over in EPCOT (and you know that means we’ve been wearing our stretchy pants for days).
This year, there are SO many great booths, along with three ones that reopened just last weekend! But, one of our favorite places to stop by is definitely France thanks to the sweet pastries and amazing sips.
While Mickey Bars are classic, Dole Whips are practically what makes the World go ’round in our opinion! 😍
Although it’s been the best news EVER that Raspberry Dole Whips, the Peter Pan Float, and the Kakamora Float have all made their way back to Disney World (excuse our happy tears), Dole Whip treats don’t stop there.
We’re about to make your Sunday Fun Day a whole lot better (and boozier)!
If you’re milking that last bit of the weekend before Monday rolls around, you can celebrate those Disney Park Passes you snagged or your return to the Disney World Resorts in Disney Springs with a brand new drink!
Disney Springs has been reopening its restaurants for guests to get their eatin’ and drinkin’ on while they’re visiting!
Although we’ve been taking you with us to try some great food (Buri Bop is the BOMB), we’re back for a little slice of Italy at Terralina Crafted Italian! Terralina Crafted Italian is owned by James Beard Award Winning Chef, Tony Mantuano, and themed after his love of Lake Como, Italy.
Drinking around the World is one of our favorite pastimes, whether the sips are spiked or non-alcoholic!
We’ve tried pretty much ALL of the frozen drinks in the parks. Although we love grabbing new things (and sharing them with you guys ;-D), we’ve found a few frozen sips over the year that have secured a special place in our hearts.
