Disney World’s resorts have been prepped and are ready for the holidays!

We hopped on Disney World’s monorail (and even took a walk) to check out what’s new at the Contemporary Resort, the Polynesian Village Resort, and the Grand Floridian Resort & Spa!
Nothing says “it’s the holidays in Walt Disney World” like a GIGANTIC Christmas tree!

Disney LOVES to put big trees up all over the place! We’ve seen them at all four parks (Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom), as well as several resorts (Grand FloridianandWilderness Lodge both have huge ones). Now, a very ICONIC giant Christmas tree has returned to Walt Disney World — the Contemporary Resort tree!
The holidays are in FULL swing at Walt Disney World, and it’s not just the theme parks that get all decked out in their festive best, the resorts get lots of love too!

Because we love Disney decor, treats, and experiences ANYWHERE, we took a cruise around Disney World’s monorail loop to stop by the Contemporary Resort, the Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, and the Polynesian Village Resort to see what’s new!
We love enjoying all the flavors of the holiday season!

And we’ve eaten so many amazing holiday snacks lately, including a poinsettia cake, the super-chocolatey Yuletide Wishes, a holiday yule log, and the Fa La La Funnel Cake. The holidays have definitely arrived in Disney World!

Sometimes they miss the mark with presentation, sometimes the flavor choices are a little bit off-the-wall. Today, we found a snack that’s interesting because it doesn’t look like a snack at all — it looks like something you’d see on display in a curio cabinet!
