*deep breath* AHHHH! Sorry for yelling — we had to. Why are we yelling? The highly anticipated 2025 EPCOT Food and Wine Festival is returning SOON. And after weeks of waiting and daydreaming about the Adobo Yuca Fries at The Fry Basket and the Cheddar Cheese and Bacon Soup at the Canada Pavilion, it is time for Disney to release this year’s full list of food booths. We can’t stand the suspense any longer!
EPCOT
The Food and Wine Festival will run in EPCOT from August 28th to November 22nd. This is one of Disney’s most popular seasonal events (people LOVE food…and people SUPER LOVE wine), so expect some hardcore foodie fans to visit the park on opening day. But before the event kicks off, you might want to go in with a plan — there is a LOT of food and drinks to choose from! It’s true! Disney World employees communicate with a secret language, and we’re going to pull back the curtain to let you in on the secret. So next time you’re at Disney World, keep an ear out and see if you can pick up on any of these codes.

Now, there are two things you should know about me. 1.) I know more about Disney World than the average person, including a weird knowledge of Disney construction projects and permit schedules. 2.) I often wish Disney World projects had a more… expedited timeline. Things tend to take a long time. In fact, we just checked in at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge Resort, and if you didn’t know, that resort is under construction. How’s it lookin’ over there? I’m so glad you asked!

Hoping to visit Disneyland Resort for the holiday season? You’ve got to time it just right! There’s a LOT going on in the Disney theme parks (like a mega 70th Anniversary celebration) between now and December 25th, so it’s up to you to decide what’s worth checking out. From Halloween parties to Christmastime events, I’ve done it allll, but I must admit, there’s something extra magical about the holiday season in the Disney parks. Here’s what to expect this year.
A brand-new restaurant has just opened at Disney World!
We’re pumped!
Celebrity chef, Michael Mina, leads a brand-new restaurant called Bourbon Steak at Disney World’s Dolphin and Swan Resort! We’re so excited for this new dining spot, and it’s mouth-watering, perfectly seared steaks, shareable sides, and more. It was set to open on July 26th, but they surprised us with a soft opening on the 24th!

I know first-hand how stressful planning a Disney vacation can be, from decades of planning my own. We’re on the lookout each day we’re in the parks to see if we can spot some well-known faces, but we also watch social media, because Disney is a big place and it’s easy to miss someone — even someone SUPER recognizable. If you happened to spot this extremely popular actress in the parks recently, then you probably saw her having a GREAT time (and getting a little nervous on some of the park’s biggest coasters…so relatable)!
