Hello from Disney’s Hollywood Studios, DFB friends!
We spent some time at Hollywood Studios to check out what’s new, so here are the latest updates!
It may be hard to believe, but December 25th is next week! If you’re planning on heading to Disney World next week, you’ll definitely want to be prepared with all the latest essential park information.
With that in mind, we’ve rounded up next week’s park hours as well as the latest Park Pass Reservation availability!
Just over a month ago, Disney announced that Park Hopping would be coming back to Walt Disney World at the start of 2021 in a modified way.
The new system has quite a few rules and requirements different than the old way of Park Hopping you may be familiar with, one being that the ability to Park Hop is not guaranteed — instead, it’s entirely based on park availability (a.k.a. you might NOT get to hop if the parks are full). But, getting a ticket with the Park Hopper option is more expensive than a regular 1-day, 1-park pass. Will that additional cost be worth it for you under the modified system? Here are our thoughts.
Disney World Park Hours have been changing quite a bit lately.
Well, if you’re headed to Disney World for New Year’s Eve or planning to be there on January 1st, when Park Hopping begins, you’ll want to be up to date on the latest park hours to make sure you plan accordingly. Today, we noticed that park hours have been extended for the first few days in January!
ICYMI, Park Hopping is coming back to the Walt Disney World theme parks in the New Year!
Starting January 1st, guests who have purchased Disney World theme park tickets or passes with the Park Hopping add-on option will once again be able to visit more than one park per day. And now we are seeing the new Park Hopper Hours reflected on the Walt Disney World website for the four theme parks! [Read more…]
While we were checking out the new Star Wars Cloud City Spirit Jersey at Tatooine Traders in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, we noticed another new arrival.
We recently spotted the Darth Vader-inspired Face Mask in Disneyland’s Downtown Disney, but now we’ve found it in Disney World, too, at the Star Tours merchandise location! [Read more…]
Okay, Star Wars fans… If you think your collection of Spirit Jerseys from a galaxy far, far away is complete, you may want to think again.
Because even if you’ve already filled your closet with the Endor Spirit Jersey, the Hoth Spirit Jersey, and the Tatooine Spirit Jersey, you’ll probably want to make a little more room for the latest arrival from Cloud City! [Read more…]
Just a few days ago, we discussed a change to the rider loading procedure for Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster in Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
We noticed that guests were being loaded on every row of the Coaster’s signature super stretch limo ride vehicles, in a change from prior loading procedures that have been in place since the reopening of the park. Well, today we’re back at the same park and noticed a similar happening at another headliner attraction in Toy Story Land. [Read more…]
Welcome back, DFB friends! We’re here with another What’s New at Disney’s Hollywood Studios!
And, we’ve got plenty of food, entertainment, and merchandise updates to share with you! So, what are you waiting for? Let’s dive right on in!
If you’re looking for a thrill, Hollywood Studios has some great options for “big kid” rides!
You can “drop in” at the Tower of Terror, become a pilot on Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run, or blast off to an Aerosmith concert at Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster. Given how popular these attractions are, the new health and safety measures and physical distancing can definitely decrease the number of guests that get to ride them each day. But today, we noticed a BIG change in safety measures on one of these attractions. [Read more…]
