While in the park yesterday, we noticed more Rivers of America progress, found some exciting new merchandise, and even spotted a new park map! Let’s dive right in.
Here at DFB, we frequently give you lots of tips and tricks of what you should do to make your Disney trip as fun and memorable as possible!
Now, if you’ve been following along with us you’re probably pretty familiar with some of the things we recommend. While it can be really helpful to know all the spots you should visit and everything you should do to enjoy your vacation, you should also know the things you shouldn’t do. These are 22 of the things that a true Disney pro would NEVER do!
Like many people, we were pretty happy to say goodbye to 2020 and hello to 2021. It’s a brand new year!
And it seems Disney was eagerly anticipating the New Year, too, because the company has made a TON of announcements in the first month of 2021 — like, enough to last us all year! And it’s only JANUARY! And we’re still just getting used to Park Hopping being back at Disney World again!
As the new year kicks off, we’ve seen lots of updates come to the parks.
Both Disney’s Animal Kingdom and Disney’s Hollywood Studios recently received updated park maps to reflect these changes, and now it’s Magic Kingdom’s turn!

It’s the start to another busy week at Disney! While out and about in Magic Kingdom yesterday, we spotted some characters, took a peek at the Rivers of American construction, and more.
If you’re “walkin’ right down the middle of Main Street, U.S.A.” in Magic Kingdom today, you may notice that things look a bit different.

The last spell was cast yesterday at the Magic Kingdom as part of the Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom experience.
Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom opened in 2012 and brought guests on a magic card game that allowed guests to interact with all kinds of special elements in the park. 9 years later, January 24th, 2021 marked the end of the Magic Kingdom game.
We’re back again this week to share updates about the MANY projects going on at Disney World right now.
This was an exciting week as we saw some construction milestones take place for a handful of projects!

Since the holidays, wait times have significantly dropped. We’ve even noticed a major shift in crowds this week!

Because crowds are lower, it’s interesting to see which attractions’ wait times go up and go down. And if you are going on a trip to Disney World soon, this can give you a pretty good idea of what to expect! So without further ado, let’s take a look at the average wait times from ALL four parks!
