Let’s be honest: if you are paying Disney World prices, you want every possible second of park time squeezed out of that vacation like the last drop of cold brew on a rope-drop morning.
And thankfully, some hotels really do help with that.

Let’s be honest: if you are paying Disney World prices, you want every possible second of park time squeezed out of that vacation like the last drop of cold brew on a rope-drop morning.
And thankfully, some hotels really do help with that.
There are a LOT of meals to be eaten at Disney World, but breakfast might just be the most underrated one.
If you’ve been sleeping on the morning dining options around Disney World, it’s time to wake up (pun very much intended). From character buffets to quick-service hidden gems, there are a handful of spots around the resort where the breakfast offerings are truly worth planning your whole morning around. We’ve rounded up four of our favorites, and we think they deserve a whole lot more attention than they typically get.
There’s a NEW attraction overhaul coming to Disney World!
Soarin’ Around the World is getting a patriotic makeover for the 250th birthday of the U.S.A., changing into Soarin’ Across America. Disney had already shared some details about the new version of the ride, but now we know when it will debut.
When it comes to Disney World rides, there are a lot of things experts do… and many more that they NEVER do.
From listening to Cast Members and following safety instructions to keeping belongings in check and maintaining proper ride etiquette, if you do these things, you’re a gold star Disney guest as far as we’re concerned.
I’ve been going to Disney World since 1993, and while I love the rides, there are some that I’m just not going on.

Disney is full of all kinds of rides, from thrilling attractions to slower speed boat rides. While every guest probably has their own favorite ride, there are rides that even the Disney World pros will skip out on. Here are eight attractions we skipped and why you might want to, too!
It’s no secret that MagicBands have become an integral part of a Disney World vacation over the last decade+. They can serve as room keys, payment methods, entry tickets, be used to check-in for Lightning Lanes, connect with PhotoPass, and react to select Disney theme park attractions with “lighting effects and gesture recognition”, and they’re available in a slew of cool designs!
However, there can be some negative side effects to wearing them if you’re not careful!
A fan-favorite ride is coming BACK to Magic Kingdom, and we couldn’t be more excited!
Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin has been closed in Magic Kingdom since 2025 to get a major refurbishment. It’s reopening on April 8th with new blasters, new interactive targets, a new ride scene…AND a new ride photo!
Big Thunder Mountain Railroad in Magic Kingdom has been closed for over a year, and we’ve been (not-so-patiently) waiting for Disney to let us know when we can expect to ride the Wildest Ride in the Wilderness again!
This was a massive refurbishment, with additional storylines and fresh new tracks hitting the roller coaster — so it’s no wonder it took quite a while. But now, we finally know when we can expect to experience Big Thunder Mountain Railroad again… and it’s happening sooner than you might think!
Alright, I’ll admit it. I lost my MagicBand+ charger. Look, I have a lot of cords and cables to keep track of, and they all look the same. I’m a writer, not an IT expert. But I had a trip to Disney World planned, and it didn’t hit me until I started packing (the night before I left…don’t judge me) that my MagicBand charger was missing, therefore making my MagicBand+ (basically) useless.

But then I thought to myself, “No biggie! I’ll just buy another charger when I get to Disney World.” Oh boy, was I wrong.
It’s shaping up to be an exciting summer at Disney World!
New experiences are finally coming, and now we officially know when Bluey’s Wild World at Conservation Station in Animal Kingdom is opening! Mark your calendars for May 26th!
