After its thirteen-month-long closure, Disneyland is preparing to officially reopen this Friday! In the meantime, the parks have begun to welcome back Cast Members and their guests for a three-day soft opening.

Disneyland may be a few days away from its grand reopening, but Cast Member previews have officially kicked off! That’s right, for the first time in over 400 days, there are currently guests INSIDE Disneyland!

Good news if you’re visiting Disney World in the next few months!

We’ve been reporting that Disney World Park Pass reservations have been going FAST. As a reminder, you’ll need one of these in addition to a valid theme park ticket in order to visit the parks! Disney has a habit of refilling these Park Passes as the dates in question grow closer, and now, we’ve seen some availability open up in May and June.

We’re stopping by one of our favorite watering holes in the park — BaseLine Tap House! BaseLine serves up California brews along with a few tasty bites. While we’ve been making our dining reservations, picking which rides we want to do first, and dreaming about waving to our favorite characters, Disney’s been getting ready, too! (They’re even getting the Dole Whip machine back in good shape.). And now, we’ve got a peek at JUST how happy the Cast Members are to be back.

Some things around Disney are starting to look more like how we remember them from before the parks closed. It’s not the first time we’ve seen changes made to some of Disney’s policies since the reopening. Little by little, things have started to go back to “normal.” Some restaurants and resorts have reopened, Park Hopping has returned, and some character dining has even come back. And recently, we spotted some BIG changes in Disney World that show even more things are returning to some semblance of pre-pandemic “normalcy.”
