We’ve seen some pretty funny issues with animatronics at Disney World in the past year!
From Elsa forgetting the words to her signature song and Anna’s face disappearing to John’s hand falling off on Carousel of Progress, it seems that no Disney animatronic is safe from malfunctions! EPCOT’s Gran Fiesta Tour hasn’t been immune to these issues — José was missing back in July. Last week, the ride encountered another animatronic issue, and today we’ve got an update!
Perhaps the hottest Disney merchandise items of 2020 were the products from the Minnie Mouse: The Main Attraction collection!
The monthly merchandise line featured classic Disney attractions like “it’s a small world”, Peter Pan’s Flight, and Jungle Cruise, wrapping up in December with a stunning fireworks finale series. The monthly merchandise releases were so popular that they helped spawn the creation of shopDisney’s MerchPass, AND they inspired this year’s collection, Stitch Crashes Disney. Even though 2020 is over, we spotted some Main Attraction merchandise today in a very unexpected place!
We spotted a new place servin’ up on-tap cocktails in Disney’s Hollywood Studios!
We were strolling through Toy Story Land today when we noticed that the Toy Story Land Beverage Cart had a “Cocktails” stand sitting nearby.
Last year, Disney confirmed that Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure and La Creperie de Paris will be opening in 2021 at EPCOT’s France pavilion.

Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure Sign Lit Up
We’ve already seen the area that will house the ride and restaurant move along with its construction, we’ve gotten a peek at the inside of the attraction, and more. Today, it looks like we’re one step CLOSER to visiting this new area, as construction walls near Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure have come down!
Recently Tokyo Disneyland opened a whole bunch of new rides, shops, and restaurants as part of the expansion of its Fantasyland, including The Happy Ride with Baymax, a Beauty and the Beast attraction with some seriously incredible animatronics and special effects, and more!

But, the resort has also seen some other changes recently due to an increase in COVID-19 cases in Japan. Japan recently set a travel ban on non-resident foreign travelers coming into the country, Tokyo Disney Resort reduced its hours, nightly fireworks at the resort were suspended, and park ticket sales have been temporarily suspended. Now, another change is coming to the resort as several restaurants are set to temporarily close.
One of the best ways to show off your love for all things Disney is through your clothing!
Disney sells TONS of clothes and accessories for their fans: tees, leggings, hats, sweatshirts, and even Minnie ears! We love seeing the creative ways that guests and fans incorporate Disney into their style when visiting the parks. Now, there’s a new line of clothing at Disney World, and it allows you to rep your favorite theme park in a very cozy way!
When it comes to souvenirs, Disney World has no shortage of options to choose from!
You could get pins, glow toys, bubble wands, tees, or so many other items! We’re constantly checking up on the new souvenir offerings in Walt Disney World, and today we noticed a change to one of the classics — Mickey balloons. There are not one, but TWO new colors of Mickey balloons…and we’ve got pictures of them both!
Love is in the air…and so is the smell of freshly brewed coffee!
Baristas from Joffrey’s Coffee and Tea have spoiled us with new latte concoctions this week. We’ve had coffee topped with Twix, M&Ms, and Milky Ways. It’s time to soak some more candy flavors in our coffee. Joffrey’s is mixing up a Valentine’s Day TREAT that’s for coconut and chocolate lovers.
Disney World has seen many changes in the past year.
The global health crisis has Disney making adjustments to Park Hopping, safety regulations, and more. When the theme park’s reopened, Disney made the decision to suspend Extra Magic Hours to reduce early morning crowds. Now, a new experience is coming to Disney World this year that will allow resort guests to enter the parks early.
