As Disney rolled out their new Park Pass Reservation System, guests were unable to purchase tickets and to make new hotel reservations. That is, until now!

Even though Universal’s hotels are open, CityWalk locations are reopening, and the theme parks are resuming operations, it appears the company has taken steps to let go a number of employees even after operations have resumed.
Select Disney World restaurants have now reopened, and we’re checking them out! So far, we’ve swung by Captain Cook’s to try the gorgeous Welcome Back Cupcake and gotten a quick Dole Whip fix at Pineapple Lanai!

Now, we’re headed to Kona Cafe at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort to scope it out — let’s take a look!
While Disney World has already confirmed some of the musical groups that will be returning when the parks reopen, we just learned about another performer you’ll get to enjoy at Epcot soon!

Carol Stein is a singer and pianist you’ve probably heard tickling the ivories at the UK pavilion’s Rose and Crown Pub if you’ve ever wandered in for a pint! And while she won’t be returning to the restaurant right away, her fans will still have a chance to watch her perform!

And while we’ve seen quite a few changes, we’ve experienced a few moments that brought us pure joy — like when we heard Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort’s tropical piping through its lobby for the first time since mid-March!
Well, the much-awaited Disney Park Pass theme park reservation system went live yesterday — and it had some issues.

As Disney World resort guests with existing reservations became the first to access the Disney Park Pass system, there were apparently some serious glitches to deal with. Reports flooded in of lengthy wait times, inaccurate reservation limits, and falsely unavailable park days.
Let’s take a look at some of the glitches that guests encountered — and how to handle them for the next big Disney Park Pass day on June 26th (for Passholders without Resort reservations) or June 28th (for guests with just tickets).
Earlier this month, the NBA announced 22 teams would be finishing their 2019-2020 season at Disney World’s ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.

And over the last few weeks, the two organizations have been working out all the details as they move towards a July 31st resumption date including where players should be staying while on property.

And while we’ve already gotten to enjoy a Dole Whip at the newly reopened Disney Springs’ Marketplace Snacks, there’s just something EXTRA special about getting one so close to Magic Kingdom!
There is a LOT of news happening surrounding the Walt Disney World dining scene. First, many restaurants around the Resort are now up and running again as select Resort hotels reopened to guests just yesterday.

And yesterday we also got the FULL LIST of restaurants that will be opening in the parks when Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom reopen starting July 11th followed by Disney’s Hollywood Studios and EPCOT on July 15th!
