MagicBands have had some price increases, and they’re no longer complimentary. So when there’s an opportunity to save some money on a new MagicBand, our ears perk up. EPCOT’s brand NEW fireworks show, Harmonious, is set to officially debut on October 1st.

We’ve already shared some exciting details about the show, a first look at the music in the show, and a way to watch the fireworks from your couch. Reservations for these spots are also already open. Guests staying at Disney World’s resort hotels and Annual Passholders sometimes have the ability to buy some MagicBand designs early or at a special discount. Well, if you’re a huge fan of Disney’s Port Orleans Resort, there’s a new MagicBand design you might just have to check out!
In just a few days, not one, but TWO brand new fireworks shows will debut in Disney World — Harmonious at EPCOT and Disney Enchantment at Magic Kingdom.

So far, we’ve gotten a peek at the music that’ll be used in these shows, information about showtimes, and details about how you can watch these shows at home. But, now we’ve got even more details to share with you about Harmonious and just what to expect from this new nighttime spectacular!
Disney World is turning 50 years old this year! And in case you haven’t noticed, the whole resort is getting ready to put on a HUGE 50th Anniversary Celebration.
The 50th is almost here!
And there is SO much going on at the parks in anticipation of the big day. We’ve seen golden statues all over the resort, we’ve watched Cinderella Castle get a 50th anniversary update, we noticed a birthday cake and topiary appear at Magic Kingdom, and we’ve seen testing for the upcoming Disney Enchantment fireworks show!

We found new Minnie ears, a gorgeous Starbucks tumbler, and plenty of other goodies to celebrate Disney World’s 50th. But wait, there’s MORE! Some NEW Disney World x Starbucks souvenirs have arrived in the parks and we have a feeling these (like any of the other Starbucks x Disney items) could sell out quick!
We see construction around the parks and hotels pretty often in Disney World.
LOTS of scaffolding at Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster
Since Disney is constantly updating and refurbishing the hotels, attractions, and rides, sometimes they can be shut down or at least partially closed for a bit. We’re looking at what’s going to be CLOSED for refurbishments this week in Disney World so that you can be prepared before your upcoming vacation.
