For many Walt Disney World guests — especially the early birds — rope dropping the Magic Kingdom (AKA arriving at the park in time to enter as soon as it opens, literally as Cast Members drop the entry rope) is a major mission each trip.
Now, the goals of rope dropping are to get into the park as quickly as possible and, in turn, get to some of the busiest attractions at the park before the crowds descend. Which brings us to the mistake that many attempted rope droppers make…
Yesterday was a sad day for Aerosmith fans, as well as for those who love Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster and are sad to be without it for a few months while it undergoes its massive refurbishment.
That’s right — yesterday was the FINAL day to ride Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster in its original form; Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith. Now, the ride undergoes a transformation to become Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets, which is expected to open this summer. Now that the doors are closed, though, what does the beginning of construction look like?
Things are getting really exciting over in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Soon, Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster will reopen as Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster starring The Muppets. Animation Courtyard is getting some changes to become The Walt Disney Studios.

Hollywood Studios
With all of these changes, there is a lot of unknown of exactly what to expect when these new things open. But Disney does give us concept art to help give us some ideas! With concept art, Disney can hide things right in plain sight. That’s why we can’t stop thinking about this one detail in the Monstropolis concept art.
Things are happening so fast with The Walt Disney Company that it may make keeping up with all the news that has happened recently difficult. Between getting ready to switch CEOs and all the big changes happening in Disney World and Disneyland, there are a lot of updates to keep up with.
This week, Disney made some pretty big announcements, too. We’re going to break down the four biggest announcements of the week to make sure you’re kept in the loop.
Loungeflys are the perfect Disney Park bag! They’re big enough to carry everything you need from rope drop to fireworks, but small and lightweight enough that you can carry them all day.
Once we realized that Loungefly bags reign supreme, we wanted to go on a shopping spree, of course. Here are some of our favorite Loungeflys you won’t find anywhere else!
If there’s a new snack at Disneyland, you can best believe we’re running over to try it!
Disneyland Park is home to MANY tasty treats, and we’re always excited when it adds to its pantheon of interesting theme park food. Frontierland’s Golden Horseshoe is an underappreciated quick-service restaurant that serves some of those classic eats with a menu that gets shaken up quite often. It’s latest iteration features a classic Disney treat with a twist, and it’s safe to say we have some thoughts…
Can you believe February will be long gone soon, and it will be March? Spring is headed to Disney World, and it will officially kick off on March 4th when the EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival starts.
Now, spring is one of those times when we start seeing Disney World restaurant menus changing. Not only do we start seeing St. Patrick’s Day and Easter treats pop up, but restaurants that source seasonal ingredients will also do a menu refresh, too. We’ve gone through every Disney World restaurant menu that had a change this week, and we’re sharing those updates with you.
It’s spring, and that can only mean one thing at EPCOT!

Flower and Garden Festival
The 2026 EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival runs from March 4th to May 31st, and we love this festival! There are so many food booths you can try, exclusive merchandise to grab, and even concerts you can go see. While there is a LOT to do, there might be a few dates you should avoid heading to the festival if you can!
Attention Parents — and anyone else traveling to Disney with young kids — we’ve found some accessories you’re going to NEED!
