Dinosaur
Dinosaur has been a staple at Animal Kingdom since the attraction debuted as Countdown to Extinction when the park opened in 1998. Now Disney has announced its official closing date to make way for a new version of a classic Disneyland experience. The attraction’s closure comes as part of the construction of the new Tropical Americas area at Animal Kingdom.

The Boneyard
While it may not be the most popular attraction at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, we are still sad to see it go, and we know many kids (and adults!) will miss it. We have definitely spent hours exploring this area, and we can’t believe it will soon be closed forever.
Ratatouille: L’Aventure Totalement Toquée de Rémy at Walt Disney Studios Park at Disneyland Paris is getting an extensive renovation! And by extensive, Disney really means it; from the queue to the ride itself, LOTS of changes are in store for this ride.

This is the original Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure, and the EPCOT attraction is a replica of the Disneyland Paris ride! While Disney hasn’t currently announced any plans to bring these same changes to the EPCOT version, who knows? Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure could be getting some updates soon, too! Only time will tell.

Although the good news is that it will only be temporarily closed for refurbishment. However, if you are headed to EPCOT in the next couple of months, you won’t be able to take a slow-moving journey through time to thank the Phoenicians.

Disney’s Animal Kingdom
It’s Tough to Be a Bug closed back on March 17th, and Disney has been hard at work transforming the area into a BRAND-NEW show. We have been eagerly awaiting an opening date that is more precise than “winter 2025,” and we officially have that date!
