We’re gearing up for the 2012 Epcot Food and Wine Festival! Travelers to this 17th annual event will find an abundance of eats and drinks to enjoy at the marketplace booths around World Showcase. But if you want to take advantage of my favorite value of the festival — read on!
Several times per day during the festival, guests have the opportunity to take part in culinary demonstrations or beverage seminars.
Featuring specialty wineries, beverage companies, or chefs (sometimes celebrity chefs!), the demos provide a walk-through of a recipe creation (plus your very own serving!), or a discussion and tasting of several beverages.
