Disney World has been pretty busy lately with the closing of Splash Mountain, the upcoming changes to nighttime shows, and the upcoming grand opening of TRON Lightcycle / Run. While all of that has been focused on the parks, we can’t leave out Disney Springs! So today we’re going to catch you up on all things new happening in Disney’s shopping, dining, and entertainment complex.
Well, the first month of 2023 is behind us already and we’re getting ready for Valentine’s Day (and Valentine’s Day treats!).

This month, we finally got an opening date for Roundup Rodeo BBQ, as well as the full menu, and a few other details. But we also got some updates for Disney World’s existing restaurants — so here are how those menus changed in January.

We’re back!
As you may know, we visit Gideon’s Bakehouse on the first of each month to check out the cookies of the month! Last month, we dove into the Cookie Butter Butterscotch Cookie, and the month before that, we ate pretty much ALL of the holiday offerings. Well, now we’re back to try an old favorite to see if it still measures up.
We’re in Disney World every day, and we’ve tried just about everything you can eat at the restaurants inside the parks and at the hotels.
