With May the 4th coming up and the excitement from Star Wars Celebration staying strong, we wanted to share the latest tribute for one of the galaxy’s biggest stars.
So you’re planning a Disney World trip, and you think you’ve got it all down!

You might have those hotel reservations booked and the dining reservations made, and maybe you’ve even got a packing list all ready to go. But what about Disney Genie+?! The skip-the-line system is notoriously confusing with it’s plethora of rules and fluctuating prices. Thankfully, we’re here to help! Today, we’re sharing the best (and worst!) days in May 2023 to purchase Genie+.
When it comes to planning a trip to Disney World, there are many factors you need to consider!

Not only do you have to figure out dates that work for you and your group’s schedule, but then you have to buy tickets, make Park Pass Reservations, decide if you want Genie+, book a hotel, and create dining reservations. The parks go all-out for major festivities like Christmas, Halloween, and New Year’s Eve, and people flock from all over the world to check out the celebration. But they also celebrate smaller holidays in Disney World as well! And one BIG occasion is coming up soon for Star Wars fans.
Disneyland has seen a number of changes over the past few months, and more are on their way!

Did you know that the Disney World parks can sell out?
The parks can fill up!
Yeah, that might seem obvious, but “selling out” looks a bit different these days thanks to the Park Pass Reservation system. While tickets to the parks might still be available, you still might not be able to get into the parks if they’re all booked up. You need a ticket AND a park reservation to walk through those gates, and it’s pretty common for the parks to sell out, especially on important dates! So, let’s take a look at when Disney World is most likely to sell out in 2023.

We tried a bunch of different Star Wars themed snacks on May the 4th, have been spotting new Star Wars merch collections, and the highly anticipated Kenobi series comes out at the end of the month. If you’re in Disneyland and are looking for a Star Wars sweet treat, then you might want to head over to a hotel!
There’s a reason Disney Springs is commonly referred to as a must-do spot in Disney World — there’s a lot to do there! Disney Springs has some of the best dining experiences on Disney World property as well as both Disney and non-Disney stores.

Star Wars Day may be over, but that doesn’t mean we can’t still celebrate! During the May the 4th celebration, we tried the Dark Side Chocolate Creation and a Galactic Swirl Funnel Cake in Hollywood Studios, and Mango (yes, mango) Blue Milk in Disneyland!

One of the best ways to celebrate Star Wars year-round is with a visit to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. There you can get into the intergalactic spirit with a spin on Rise of the Resistance, grab a Ronto Wrap, or take a trip to Oga’s Cantina.
