We were up with the birds this morning to grab a coveted boarding group to ride Rise of the Resistance in Hollywood Studios today.

But even though we were up before the Bright Suns, we still had to wait an hour and a half to ride the popular attraction!

We recently spotted that Disney had extended the hours in Hollywood Studios for this month (TWICE!) to help accommodate the crowds for Rise of the Resistance in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. Well, now we’ve noticed another change to hours in the park and this time it has to do with Extra Magic Hours in March. Read on to check out the changes!

With the opening of Rise of the Resistance, Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is officially complete in Disney World! And in just a few weeks, Disneyland’s Rise of the Resistance will open!

Over the next few years, you will see some major changes coming to Disney World in preparation for the resort’s 50th Anniversary in 2021. In anticipation of these new experiences, there may be a few changes you want to make if you are planning on visiting in 2020.

Note that you may not be able to make these changes juuuust quite yet. As of this writing, reservations are not available for many of next year’s new attractions and restaurants (but check back with DFB often — you know we’ll let you know as soon as they do!).
