The Haunted Mansion Parlor
The Disney Cruise Line got a little bit bigger last when the Disney Treasure joined its fleet. We took a voyage on the brand-new ship, getting a good look at everything the ship has to offer, including the highly-anticipated Haunted Mansion Parlor. While we were impressed by the design of the new lounge, we’re sad to say the drinks left something to be desired.

Astro Orbiter is closed
There are so many rides that are undergoing refurbishment or have permanently closed to make way for new experiences. Currently, there are three attractions closed in the Magic Kingdom, including Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, The Hall of Presidents, and the Astro Orbiter. Soon, that list will grow, as Tom Sawyer Island and the Rivers of America will soon close to make way for a brand new Cars expansion.
We have been monitoring the construction of these closed attractions, and there is one Magic Kingdom refurbishment that shocked us.

So it’s no surprise when so many things close this time of year for that scheduled maintenance. However, over in Disneyland, There’s already so much construction going on, what with a new Coco ride and Avatar-themed land coming. Well, in addition to that, a super popular ride, Guardians of the Galaxy: Mission Breakout in Disney California Adventure is closing on March 1st for refurbishment.
Sometimes, theme parks in Disney World close early, whether that’s for special events like Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party or for other reasons that haven’t been specified by Disney.

Well, today is one of those days in Magic Kingdom, where the park will be closing at 4:30 PM. Now, we usually tell folks to avoid parks on days they close early (because you’ll have to leave early), but we’re seriously thinking about changing our mind on that advice, considering the lack of crowds we’re seeing today at the park. So let’s take a look!
Remember the infamous Star Wars Hotel, officially known as the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser? This immersive hotel experience had a short run (and a high price tag), closing just one year after opening in early 2022. Ever since the building, which is located just outside Disney’s Hollywood Studios, closed in 2023, Disney fans have wondered what would happen to the hotel. Well, in a new report by Drew Taylor at TheWrap, it seems like Disney has no plans to welcome guests back inside this building.

TheWrap reported that sources close to Disney revealed that the Galactic Starcruiser building will be used as office space for Walt Disney Imagineering. This means the hotel rooms may soon be converted into offices.
