Tea time at the Grand Flo!
The Garden View Tea Room at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort is set to reopen sometime in early 2026 after over five years of being closed, and we can’t wait to go back! With that said, a lot’s changed since life pre-pandemic, and the tea room should look a little different. With that in mind, there are some changes we’d like to see when it’s back open!
It’s part of our job to look at tons of the Disney “essentials” marketed online, and tell you if they’re actually going to make your lives better.

There are tons of reasons to visit Magic Kingdom in January 2026. From experiencing Extended Evening Hours to tons of world-class rides, there’s a lot drawing us to “The Most Magical Place On Earth”. With that said, if the Big Thunder Mountain Railroad thrill ride is your raison d’être, January is going to be ROUGH.
I LOVE Disney souvenirs, but the prices for them can be pretty hefty. I like to find the best deals where I can still be the Disney Adult I am without breaking the bank.

Dining in Disney World is sometimes one of the most expensive parts of a trip, so if you know you’ll be traveling with kids, it’ll be a BIG DEAL when we tell you that there’s a way your kiddos can eat for FREE in Disney World in 2026!

The holiday season is one of Disney World’s most popular times of year, beginning with holiday offerings like Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party and Jollywood Nights, as well as all the seasonal treats and events that you can experience, but New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day are also incredibly popular. Who doesn’t want to spend the first day of the new year in Disney World? We stopped into Magic Kingdom to see just how many people had the same idea, and let’s just say, we weren’t expecting this.

If you love Disney, there’s a very good chance you’ve wandered into Target “just to look” and walked out with a cart full of Mickey merchandise. Target has become one of the best places for Disney fans to score everything from toys and clothes to trip essentials, and often for less than you’d pay elsewhere. And if you’re planning a Disney trip (or just love Disney year-round), there are some serious perks you’ll want to take advantage of at Target.
