Disney’s Hollywood Studios is a strange little dining puzzle box.

It has a few restaurants with fantastic theming, a few meals we’ll defend with a plastic fork if necessary, and a few reservations that look better in your My Disney Experience plans than they feel once you’re actually sitting there, sweating through your Lightning Lane strategy and wondering why lunch took 90 minutes.

Disney Springs is already full of dozens of different restaurants and shopping experiences to explore, but this summer, there are lots of new attractions on the way. Some of them we’ve known about for a few months, but now, Disney has just announced TWO additional offerings coming that you’ll want to add to your must-do list!

In 2023, we were obsessed with the Stuffed Pancake Sandwich in Animal Kingdom, and while it’s been on fewer menus since, it’s officially making a comeback, and grabbing breakfast in Disney World just got easier.
It may be the middle of summer, but we can’t stop thinking about the Oogie Boogie Bash that is returning to the Disneyland Resort for another spooky season!

Ever since we got to try it for ourselves at another location, we’ve been sitting on pins and needles until we could buy tickets. They finally announced when the experience will open, along with ticket information.
Get ready for a brand-new experience at Disney World! LEVEL99 is a “real-world, challenge-based, social entertainment” venue packed with games, challenges, and a whole lot more.

Disney just announced that this new spot will officially open in Disney Springs on June 29th, and we can’t wait! In addition to games, LEVEL99 is also home to some legendary eats, and now, we’ve got a sneak peek at some of the items coming to the menu!
Over the last 30+ years, The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror has been one of the most beloved attractions at Walt Disney World.

Since its opening back in 1994, the Hollywood Studios E-Ticket has often been cited as one of Imagineering’s best EVER attractions, especially of the Post-Walt Era. It’s often praised for its in-depth queue, highly developed story, inventive ride system, and use of the Twilight Zone intellectual property (IP). However, the ride almost didn’t have said backstory or queue at all. Instead, it was at one point scheduled to be themed to… legendary director Mel Brooks.
We’re always excited for openings in Disney World, but this is one opening that we just can’t stop talking about.
Future location of LEVEL99
Ever since we got to experience LEVEL99 for ourselves, we have been trying to convince everyone to visit once it opens in Disney Springs. This is a “real-world, challenge-based, social entertainment” for adults packed with life-sized mini-games, and y’all, Disney Springs has needed something like this since DisneyQuest closed in 2017. While we knew it was coming this summer, but now we know the official date!
Many Disney fans have mixed feelings about Carousel of Progress in Magic Kingdom getting a large overhaul with all-new scenes, but it’s still happening, whether we like it or not.

In fact, the project has just taken another step forward. The current version of the ride will close on July 6th to be transformed, which is certainly coming up fast. It looks like Disney may be ready to begin working on the new version right away, because a new permit was just filed.
