We say this nearly every time we write about dining at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, but just know we mean it when we say that it is truly one of the BEST parks you can visit as a food-lover.
Nomad Lounge at Disney’s Animal Kingdom
At Animal Kingdom, you’ll be met with fresh takes on cuisine from around the world — definitely not your average rubbery theme park hot dog and box of popcorn. In fact, the park is home to several of our favorite restaurants in all of Disney World, and even one of our favorite lounges. Yep, we’re talking about Nomad Lounge. This smaller-scale dining spot is located in Discovery Island, in the same building as Tiffins, Animal Kingdom’s signature restaurant. This has been one of our favorite spots for quite some time now, but it is now boasting some NEW menu items, so of course — we’re headed to try them out and review them for you guys.
You might just have seven NEW reasons to visit Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Tiffins, one of the BEST restaurants in Animal Kingdom, just got a menu overhaul. Wait until you see what’s available.

Tiffins Restaurant and Nomad Lounge are rolling out tons of new items starting November 13th! Mark your calendars; these new menu items have us SERIOUSLY tempted to visit the park.

Disney’s Contemporary Resort
“It doesn’t matter where I stay at Disney World! I’m only at the hotel to sleep.” Well, that might be true for a lot of folks, but Disney World hotels are about more than just sleeping. It can be about theming, proximity to your favorite parks, and of course — the PERKS. There are a few experiences that are only available to Deluxe Resort guests, and for many folks (us included), it makes that higher price point WORTH IT. One of those experiences? Extended Evening Hours (EEH)! EEH allow Deluxe Resort Guests to stay in select parks for a few extra hours after all the other guests leave, allowing for SUPER low wait times. Now, Extended Evening Hours for Animal Kingdom have officially arrived at Disney World Deluxe Hotels!
One of our favorite things about the Disney parks is that they constantly evolve, adding new experiences and places to explore!
