April 3rd is going to be a HUGE day in Disney World.
Fireworks in Magic Kingdom
The 50th Anniversary has been going on for a while and it brought two new fireworks shows with it — Disney Enchantment (Magic Kingdom) and Harmonious (EPCOT). The 50th Anniversary ended on March 31st, though, and a number of things have disappeared because of the celebration’s end. On April 2nd, both Enchantment and Harmonious will have their LAST performances. But the skies won’t be dark for long!

Happily Ever After is back!
The 50th Anniversary Celebration has officially ended, which means we’re already starting to see a LOT of things getting updated in the parks. We’ve already mourned the loss of some 50th anniversary snacks, but we have celebrated the return of some classic treats. But TOMORROW will bring HUGE changes to nighttime entertainment, and well, things could get a little WILD.

Well, sort of! On Wednesday, March 15th, we got to attend a media preview of the updated show before it officially premieres in Magic Kingdom on April 3rd. And if you want to get a sneak peek of the full show — we’ve got a video to share!

Happily Ever After is back soon!

We’ve been closely following the construction of Journey of Water — Inspired by Moana, and don’t forget that World Celebration will soon be home to new festival areas. The nighttime fireworks show Harmonious is ending its run on April 2nd, 2023, and EPCOT Forever will return on April 3rd. But soon there will be an all-NEW fireworks show in this park! We found out in September that this beloved show would be returning in a new way after Disney World’s 50th Anniversary ended. The show will replace the Disney Enchantment fireworks show. It’s set to return on April 3rd, 2023, and we just got a first look during a media event at Disney World. Come with us to check it out!

We’re gearing up for some big changes soon in Disney World!

We’ve got the grand opening of TRON Lightcycle / Run on April 4th, but before that happens, two major fireworks shows are ending their run at Disney World — Harmonious and Disney Enchantment. Disney Enchantment is being replaced by its predecessor, Happily Ever After, and it looks like Disney is getting ready for the return of the show.
April is a month full of change in Disney World. TRON Lightcycle / Run is opening, the 50th Anniversary celebrations will have just finished, and Rodeo Roundup BBQ will be welcoming diners.
