A brand new restaurant has just opened in EPCOT and it’s one you might not want to miss out on!
Shiki-Sai
That restaurant is Shiki-Sai: Sushi Izakaya and it may be one of the most unique restaurants in Disney World. Here you can celebrate Japan’s many seasonal festivals with changing menu items and decor, as well as dine on a $300 sushi boat. 😱 But there’s something else that’s really special about this restaurant!

But, chances are we’ve all struggled to find the absolute best spot to watch them. The hub right in front of the castle fills up quickly, Main Street, U.S.A. is packed, and it might feel like you don’t really have any good options. If you’re looking for a somewhat secluded spot to watch Magic Kingdom fireworks, we think we might know just the place!
Once more, you may find yourself questioning some things that are happening over at EPCOT.
World Showcase Lagoon
No, we’re not talking about all the construction that’s going on with the massive transformation going on in the park. And we’re not focusing on just when CommuniCore Hall and CommuniCore Plaza will be complete. (It should open by the end of 2023 but no exact date has been announced yet.) Nope, right now the focus is on what’s happening in World Showcase Lagoon, where some mysterious poles have turned up!

Fourth of July Makeover in Magic Kingdom
Disney World celebrates the Fourth of July holiday with special snacks, and decorations, as well as a yearly fireworks show that made its return on July 3rd. But the show will only be offered for one more day — on July 4th itself — so you had to time your trip carefully to see this one. We made sure to grab our spot early for this popular show on the 3rd and now we’re taking you with us to enjoy it — come with us to check it out!

We’re sure we’ll soon get more details about all the Fourth of July treats we’ll see in the parks and at the resorts. We’ve also got details on the Fourth of July fireworks at Magic Kingdom. We even recently got confirmation that a fireworks show would return to EPCOT — and now we think we just saw testing for that show!
