Lately, we’ve received information about when elementary school kids could receive the COVID-19 vaccine as it continues to roll out to adults across the country. Previously, vaccination for those adults was estimated to continue into summer 2021. Now, the timeline has changed.
With the steady rollout of the various COVID-19 vaccines across the country, it’s only a matter of time before it becomes available to everyone…but when?Â

Extensive health and safety regulations were introduced which affected everything from dining to character interactions. The changes were implemented with limited capacity and physical distancing in mind. Disney has been subtly updating these changes over the last few months but there are still a few glitches that many guests have encountered. We’ve compiled a list of things that Disney World should change and how you can navigate the experiences for the time being.
Disneyland Resort is currently serving as Orange County, California’s first mass vaccination site.

The property is one of five Super Point-of-Dispensing sites in California. While the theme park is mostly closed, Disney has opened the Toy Story parking lot to distribute the COVID-19 vaccine. Medical tents have been installed and the site has opened for vaccine administration.
A few days ago we shared that Disneyland Resort would be home to the first large-scale vaccination site in Orange County, CA.Â

Airports and airlines are beginning to adjust their health and safety regulations as events unfold. Restrictions are easing up on international travel and airports are implementing new protocols. Just this week we reported on a fancy new system that monitors crowd levels and cleaning frequency. Guests visiting Florida for a trip to Disney World will have more flight options if they choose to fly with Frontier Airlines.

The attractions were modified with distanced seating or received plexiglass barriers between rows. Crowds were considerably lower in the first few months of reopening.
