Disney’s BoardWalk Inn
We’ve put together loads of guides for staying at Disney World’s resorts in 2023, as well as guides for eating at each resort. We also make visits to the resorts every week, so we can tell you what’s going on. And right now? There’s LOTS of construction!
Disney World is constantly a FLURRY of activity. That means that there is always some kind of construction going on, whether that be for new attractions, new restaurants, ride refurbishments, and more.

If you don’t know about these things in advance, it could catch you by surprise and affect your entire trip. Particularly, there are closures, construction, and other things that happen at Disney World hotels that could affect your stay, so we’re going to warn you about those in advance.
There are a ton of great snacks and meals in Disney World, but there are also some eats that you’ll want to AVOID. We’re here to help you sort out which is which!

A new year means NEW changes and updates in Disney World!

From restaurants to attractions to resort renovations, there are plenty of construction projects happening all around the Most Magical Place on Earth — and we’re keeping up with them all. Let’s take a look at the biggest construction updates from Disney World this week!
Well, December was quite a month in Disney World. We ate SO MANY holiday snacks that our tongues will be red and green for at least another month.

We also got news on some NEW restaurants, including The Cake Bake Shop by Gwendolyn Rogers and Carousel Coffee (which has officially opened!). There were also some changes to menus at Disney World restaurants, so here are ALL of them for the month!
A brand NEW restaurant is coming to Disney World in 2023, and we’ve got a big update on it right here!

Disney’s BoardWalk has been undergoing a bunch of changes and more are set to take place soon. BoardWalk Deli replaced BoardWalk Bakery, a new coffee shop is now open, the lounge got an updated look, the lobby and rooms are supposed to get refreshed too, and (perhaps most importantly for those who love sweets) the NEW Cake Bake Shop is set to open on the BoardWalk in 2023. We’ve been keeping an eye on the construction progress at that particular spot and now we’ve got an update!

Between the various Starbucks locations on property and all the spots where you can get a delicious cup of Joffrey’s brew, there are plenty of choices when it comes to grabbing coffee in Disney World. But, a NEW coffee shop has just opened at Disney’s BoardWalk Inn, so we’re bringing you our FULL review of Carousel Coffee!

Disney’s Boardwalk Inn is going through a period of big changes right now. There’s a renovation of the guest rooms that’s set to take place, the new Cake Bake Shop will be opening on the BoardWalk in 2023, and the recently opened Boardwalk Deli took the place of the former BoardWalk Bakery. In short, this Disney resort has been busy! Now, another major change happened.
2023 is going to be a BIG year for Disney World!

We’ve got the opening of the TRON coaster in Magic Kingdom, the completion of the EPCOT transformation, and the arrival of Roundup Rodeo BBQ in Hollywood Studios. So many things are opening!
