When one (attraction) door closes, another one opens! This week, we’ve got an update on an extended ride closure, plus some BIG news about Guardians of the Galaxy Cosmic Rewind. We love the classic Disney characters — Mickey and Friends, the Princesses, our Pixar Pals — but, it’s also fun to see rare characters from time to time!
Luckily, we get to see more of the rare characters regularly during the new cavalcade in Magic Kingdom, like Meeko, Baloo, and Marie. It’s also awesome when we see rare character merchandise in the parks, and there’s a new item you’ve gotta check out!
You can get really busy with rides, food, shopping, and entertainment when you’re in Disney World, but you shouldn’t miss out on meeting characters while you’re in the parks!
Character meet and greets have been back in a modified way for a while, and soon, they’ll be going back to how they were before the shutdowns in 2020. This means you’ll be able to hug Mickey again and get autographs from Pluto! You’ll also be able to stand next to characters for photos, so you’ll probably want to grab some good pics, and we’re here to help you out when it comes to planning!
