Where has the year gone? It’s speeding by so quickly. Spring Break is pretty much over, and now Disney World is gearing up for the summer! Just wow!

And while we’re busy reviewing all the new snacks popping up at Disney World, including Cake Dips, a Wildberry Shake with cake pops on top of it (!!!), and a cupcake covered in bees, we’re also keeping an eye on restaurant menus to see what changes are being made. This time, we’ve been making our way all around the Disney World resorts, seeing what’s been happening since we last visited. And we’ve got quite a few updates for you, so let’s get started, shall we?
Easter is just around the corner, and we’re already HOPPING with excitement! Not only for tasty pastel-colored treats, but to feast our eyes on more Easter decor in Disney World!
Easter Cake
Disney’s resorts LOVE to go hard for holidays. Whether it’s an intricate gingerbread display or a sky-scraping Christmas tree, hotel lobbies are some of the BEST spots for holiday displays! This spring we’ve been busy marveling at gorgeous displays of edible art, and now there’s even MORE Easter eye candy courtesy of Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa.

It seems like St. Patrick’s Day was only a few days ago (wait, it was), but Disney World has switched gears quickly and it’s now ALL about Easter!
We found a Thumper egg on our Easter Egg hunt!
We’ve been running ALL over the place eating a lot of Easter snacks, but there are SO many to choose from. And they’ve all been a lot of fun — we’ve seen some cute bunny butt snacks, carrot cake goodies, and more!

Another special spring tradition in Disney World is the displaying of artistic (and edible!) Easter Eggs in select Disney World Resort hotels. March 2020 was a little chaotic, to say the least, with Disney World closing down due to the global health crisis. And in the midst of all that, St. Patrick’s Day got a little lost in the shuffle.

On the very day that Disney World Resort Hotels closed down, we found a brand new treat, the Irish Car Bundt Cake. We got to see it, but weren’t able to try it.

No, we aren’t just talking about the major facelift happening at Disney’s Art of Animation. Cast Members at Disney’s Pop Century, Art of Animation, Contemporary, and Polynesian resorts have all received some sort of costume makeover, and now there are two more resorts getting in on the wardrobe switch!
