We definitely missed our Alien friends in Toy Story 4, especially since we were reunited with another original character during the film. (Welcome back, Bo!) Unlike the Aliens, you don’t have to use the Claw to pick up this new sipper in Disneyland, though!
Yesterday we shared with you guys that Alien Pizza Planet would be opening again today.
What was originally intended to be a “temporary” dining overlay of Redd Rockett’s Pizza Port for last year’s Pixar Fest is now a well established location newly reopen post-refurbishment in Tomorrowland.
It certainly looks like Alien Pizza Planet is here to stay in Disneyland’s Tomorrowland.
This spot, which was once Redd Rockett’s Pizza Port, was originally announced as a temporary dining experience during last year’s Pixar Fest… but the theming has stuck around far beyond the Fest.
It’s Star Wars everything at Disneyland Park these days with Galaxy’s Edge set to open in just a few weeks, but if you’re in the park this weekend — May 4-5 — you’re in for a treat! Alien Pizza Planet
is getting into the spirit of Get Your Ears On with three specialty items — two winners and a dud. Our Disneyland correspondent (HI!, @DiningInDisney!), give us the a slice of the action.
First up: the Buffalo Chicken Pizza. This is pizza topped with fried chicken breast bits, Buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, fresh carrots and celery, and a creamy Buffalo sauce.
We appreciate the creativity of putting literal fresh veggies on top of the pizza, but looking at it, we’re definitely missing some of the sauces they claim are on it. Maybe some creamy ranch would help?
For the past week, the Disney Food Blog team has been busy bringing you the news and reviews for every holiday item available at Disneyland! From Lumps of Coal Beignets to Sugar Plum Churros, we’ve tried it all. Today, we’re beaming this review back to earth from Alien Pizza Planet.
What’s on the special holiday menu at Tomorrowland’s Alien Pizza Planet, and is any of it worth trying?
It’s Halloween Time at Disneyland Park, and even the extraterrestrials at Alien Pizza Planet are celebrating! (And, yup: Alien Pizza Planet is still a thing, hanging on even after the end of Pixar Fest!) So how do the Aliens get their ghouls on?
With Cosmic Chili Pasta! (What? Pasta isn’t the first thing you think of for Halloween? Well, we’ll just have to go with it because Aliens.) (Also: carbs.)
