Disney World is home to SO MANY restaurants, and some of the BEST are in the four theme parks and in Disney Springs.
BUT many of our favorite restaurants are found at the over 20 Disney World resort hotels! Today, we’re going to tell you about the best meals you can get without ever leaving your resort.
We all know which restaurants are popular at Walt Disney World. They’re the table-service ones that are nearly impossible to get an advance dining reservation at or the counter-service spots that never have any tables open so you end up eating your food on top of a nearby trash can (no judgment — we’ve all done it!).
But what about some lesser-known Disney World dining options? We’ve compiled a list of some of our favorite underdogs; the restaurants and menu items that most park guests often overlook. Here are our top 5 things that people aren’t eating at Disney World, but oughta try!!!

It seems like there’s a holiday for everything these days… and I’m not mad about it! Today is National Lobster Day so we’ve rounded up a few lobster-centric dishes to try at Disney World!
If you’re at Disney Springs, head over to the Mac & Cheese Food Truck, where you will find some delicious Lobster and Shrimp Mac & Cheese!
at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa has become one of our favorite spots to dine for breakfast and brunch (click here to see why!). And one of our favorite entrees is a hack that marries two classic dishes: fried chicken and waffles (Mickey-style, if you so desire).
We’ve been hacking this dish for a while now (with thanks to Michael over at @DisneyNumNums for the idea), and the combination of buttermilk fried chicken (made with Corn Flake crumbs!) and a toasty Belgian or Mickey waffle is awesome. [Read more…]
