Happily Ever After at Magic Kingdom and EPCOT Forever at EPCOT both returned on July 1st! Although both of these shows are closing in September, we have some new nighttime shows to look forward to for the 50th anniversary celebrations. Fireworks have been missing from Disney’s Hollywood Studios since it reopened last year, but now they are BACK!

Of course, any month in the Most Magical Place on Earth brings us a LOT of news. From entertainment updates to restaurant reopenings, we’re looking at the four most UNEXPECTED things that happened in Disney World in July!
Disney World’s Skyliner service is a convenient way to get between parks like EPCOT and Disney’s Hollywood Studios as well as resorts like Disney’s Caribbean Beach, Riviera, Pop Century, and Art of Animation Resorts.
The service is reliable and consistent…most of the time, but it has had its fair share of closures and issues. However, today we were taking the Skyliner when it closed due to weather — here’s what we experienced!

We can’t turn down a new Dole Whip flavor or pass on macaroni and cheese. Actually, we can’t pass on anything involving cheese. We also can’t say no to Mickey pretzels or churros, and you bet we’ll continue to talk about Corn Dog Nuggets.

Truly, a trip to Disney World can become the ULTIMATE scavenger hunt for references to rides that have long since been gone, secrets you never realized were hiding right in front of you, and incredible details you may have not noticed before (even if you consider yourself to be a Disney expert). One of the BEST things to spot throughout Disney World are hidden Mickeys, and today we’re sharing a peek at one specific hidden Mickey you’ve probably NEVER seen!
