Construction is well underway for multiple new lands, including Piston Peak National Park in Magic Kingdom, Pueblo Esperanza in Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and a Monsters, Inc. land in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. To make way for these new lands, numerous areas in Disney World have been closed, and Disney is also working on refurbishments and upkeep.
